Order off line through search popped up. Turns out wasn't manufacturer spec and didn't work. Really don't understand why they said it was same.
I bought some equipment from walmart, and when I got home they were BROKEN. Worst of all, they would not refund the product I bought. I AM NOT impressed.
I would give Walmart online zero stars if that were an option. I had the worst experience ever by making the mistake of ordering from Walmart online. I was looking for a lounge chair, and I placed an order for what I thought was one on sale. The product ad was very confusing. Five minutes after placing the order, I realized that it was a towel, not a chair. I wrote back and requested that the order be canceled. The answer I received was that it was too late. It was exactly five minutes! That is ridiculous! I tried contacting the seller and calling Walmart online at least ten times, with no success. Each time I called the number for customer service, they stated that the wait time is over one hour. I wasted hours trying to contact someone to take care of this. I requested online that the merchandise be picked up, and I was told that someone would get back to me. Of course nobody ever did. I am 75 years old, at high risk for the virus, and staying home. I will never order from Walmart again and I will discourage everyone I know from doing so!
I ordered a piece of furniture that showed up damaged. I received that piece of furniture within just a few days of ordering it. After FOUR customer service phone calls to get the piece replaced I still don't have amy replacement. I ordered this furniture a month ago. The piece was picked up by their shipper a1 week ago. I am STILL WAITING for Walmart to notify me that they received my return. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THEY PICKED UP THE DAMAGED RETURN BUT THEY WILL NOT SHIP MY REPLACEMENT! VERY POOR RETURN/REPLACE POLICY! I've ordered furniture from other places like Wayfair and as soon as they pick up an item that's damaged they immediately ship out a replacement. The matching piece I have is also damaged but they can't replace it until they get more in and I bet I will have to go through this all over again!
Do NOT order anything from Walmart third party vendors on line. It will cost you dearly to return. I bought a $224 dollar table. They're charging me $60 for shipping that was free (unless you return item) and $33 restocking fee. Plus I have to pay to return item. This is Robbery!
I tried to exchange an item I received as a gift for an item that was more expensive. I was told that only the original buyer can initiate an exchange. I should have known, since there was no packing slip of any sort in the box. Only the original buyer would get the refund. I could not apply the value of the item to the item I needed in exchange. I asked why I could not return the item for a credit and then buy what I need with that credit. She said "Due to COVID19 we are no longer able to do that. RIDICULOUS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID19. It's their own policy before and after COVID19. TO BLAME COVID19 ON ANYTHING IS A FARCE SINCE WALMART HAS DONE PRETTY WELL THOUGH OTHER RETAILERS ARE STRUGGLING. Disgraceful!
Ordered something online at walmart and when I got it, something was missing. Someone probably opened the box, took some stuff out before shipping it to me. Refunded back and then got a new one in store because I still wanted it. Experience with online shipping = bad.
Late in the day May 1,2020 my boys and I ordered a gift for Mother's Day-*******. We ordered "The King of Queens" Complete Series on Blu-ray (highly recommended for those who appreciate the humor of Jerry Stiller or everyday-working-stiff sports-bar type comedy). We normally boycott Walmart but chose to use them this time since they claimed they would deliver May 6-8. We thought, "Even if they don't deliver by 5/8, it should come a day late on 5/9 - plenty of time." IT DIDN'T! Tracking showed NO movement of the package on Saturday 5/9. Snafus like this are why we stopped ordering online from Best Buy! It finally arrived on *******, the day Jerry Stiller died. We learned our lesson and will stick to the boycott!
My name is Philip Capavanni I live in Kearny NJ and shop at the Harrison store. Today I was lucky enough to run into an exceptional young man who was tending the self checkout. His name is Ronald Rosado, I made sure he spelled it for me so I could write and let you know what kind of employee he is. At around 3pm today while checking out I was paying with my bank card and got 100 dollars cash back. I'd forgotten to take my 100 dollars and left. I didn't realize it until hours later when I got a text from my bank. When I went back to Walmart to see if I could make some kind of report, figuring surely it was gone. To my surprise I found out he had secured it and given it to customer service. Today I am reminded that there shall always be those who do what's right.
Make sure you check out who the vendor is for your product. Walmart stores will not take any returns for 3rd-party sellers. So, if it doesn't say the vendor is Walmart, be sure you'll keep the product as it's a real pain to send anything back through the 3rd part vendor and Walmart isn't helpful. I spent over 3 HOURS on the phone (at least 2 hours waiting to be answered) with Walmart. I'll never order from the Marketplace again.
Getting help with missing items in order is a complete disaster. I just spent three hours of my life on a chat line. They could learn a lot from Amazon. You should not have to go thru hell to get it corrected
Ordered a exercise bike on April 20th online today is May 14th and I still have not received my bike. Customer service is not helpful, they couldnt locate my item through tracking. The rep said that I purchased a bike that was out of stock online but it was available when I purchased it. Tracking info is just stating that its been shipped. All the rep could do if offer a refund. RIDICULOUS he offered to call me back to see if he could get more info and never did. Customer service wait time is nearly 1 and a half hour long to speak to someone and beware you will get no where. Finally today the tracking is locating where my bike is, and its on the way after all this time. I will never in life order from walmart online again!
I had ordered an area rug online from Walmart on April 29th. I received an email that the rug shipped May 4th and would arrive May 11th, plus was provided a tracking number. UPS never received the item to ship, although the tracking number is still active. Placed a call to Walmart and requested the order to be canceled. It wasn't and I was told I would receive an email confirming my request. Called Walmart again the next day. Was told that I needed to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for 15+ minutes. I finally hung up. Such a disappointment. I'm not a huge Walmart shopper, but I have shopped them online occasionally without too many problems. However, after this escapade I'm finished with Walmart.
I'm writing about walmart in albuquerque, academy and wyoming streets. Whoever is managing this store certainly isn't doing a good job. Many, many of the shelves are simply not stocked. This applies in almost every area of this store. It's definitely not a pleasure shopping there. When i go to a bigger walmart its shelves and frozen sections are stocked and i don't have to go anywhere else. This makes for a longer trip to the store. Hope something can be done. It used to be a pleasure shopping there, but there must be a new manager. He/she is not getting the job done. FIRE THEM!
This is for Donaldsonville Walmart and surrounding areas that have large minority customers(negro)and others. I went to buy paint and I found bottles of bleach hidden behind 3.5 gallons on paint. My wife went to Denman springs(majority white area)Walmart and the shelves had and abundance of bleach so much no one was buying because the store shelves have been fully stock during this cov-19 pandemic. It seems that the employees in lower class areas are hiding the disinfectant items to take home for the families or the Walmart's aren't supplying their stores located in minority areas like the Walmart's located in white area's With enough to stock their shelves

I was at Walmart on 1720 E Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL ******* on 5-9-20. I proceeded to go through the self checkout when 3 employees surrounded me and told me I couldn't go through because I had more than 20 items. They were very aggressive acting. I had already started scanning my items when they approached me. I was with another person and we had two separate orders, we just used the same cart. The cashier should have inquired about that instead of getting an attitude with us. I told them that was fine and took items out that went over 20 and told them they could be returned to the shelf. It wasn't my loss, just the stores. I told them that. One of the employees said "no it's not our loss." I had a face mask on due to COVID-19. The female employee said I called her a $#*!, which never happened. I won't be back. Hopefully they will train their employees better. 3 employees approaching a customer and surrounding him for having 10 more items through self checkout is a bit extreme. I asked the employee that accused me of calling her a name for her name. She said "you don't need to know my name." Extremely rude. You would think they would train their employees to have at least a little bit of respect for customers.
I have tried to order medical face masks from several different vendors on Wal-Mart.com. I have lost over $100 because these companies do not have the merchandise and can't get it but they keep your money. Wal-Mart is simply taking advantage of this national emergency and really has lost my business. No more Wal-Mart.com you can't trust them or their sellers.
I ordered an air pump on 5/3 that was $4 or $5 cheaper than Amazon with a delivery date 5/4 (extra $8) or 5/7(no extra money) but when I got the tracking # email, the date was 5/14. It is now suppose to be delivered 5/9. If I would have known that it would have taken that long I would have ordered through Amazon or buy a more expensive model locally. I am now stuck. Thanks Walmart for nothing as for now on I will buy either locally or Amazon only. At least I know when it will be delivered.
