Went to get an oil change. Got to wallmart in algonquin il. About two fifteen service entrance has a sign that says no appointment oil changes. No one in the bays one car ahead of me. Called the front and asked if service was open. Yes we will send someone back right now. Waited till about two thirty five and called again. Then they told me they all went to lunch and went be back at three. Did I mention I looked up the service hours and called before I went in.So I walked around to the front of the store. I knew no tires today the sign on the door said appointment only. But oil said oil changes were 1st come 1st serve right on the door. Went back to service center waited for them to come back. Five of them no one wanted to help. Finally the service manager asked me what I needed. Told him he said he had appointments for oil changes the rest of the day. Now understand their five people talking to me. Not a car being serviced anywhere. And they were to busy. Understand the appt. For tires that's the policy. But oil changes says no appointments will be set up. 1st come 1st serve in bold letters on the door.So I left they tried to set up an appointment for oil change tomorrow. Felt like a fool but I believed the store policy on the door. Know no one at wallmart will care but it is the wallmart on Randle road Allgonquin Il. I wish this wasn't true I go here all the time for oil changes and tires. Never been just essentially kicked out before.
The Commerce City Walmart on 5990 Dahlia Drive has the worst customer service of any Walmart in the Denver area. I called three times to speak to the manager, Edward, and each time no one picked up, and there was no voicemail to leave a message with. Edward doesnt seem to care about how his store employees treat customers or how badly his store reflects on Walmart.
Today, for the 3rd day in a row, the self checkout machines are not accepting cash. NONE OF THEM.
This is leading to incredibly long lines at the 2 staffed checkout stations that take cash.
There was only one staff member at the self checkout stations when I was there today, Saturday, July 11th, at 12:32 pm. She was incredibly angry and rude. I understand that walmart workers are stressed out because of the covid pandemic, but guess what? I'm unemployed, so I'm stressed out too!
This is not a walmart problem. This is a Commerce City Walmart problem.
The store on 7101 E 128th Avenue, Brighton, CO ******* provides a completely different experience. The staff there are polite, and respectful, and patient given the situation we are all facing. "Edward" the manager at the Commerce City Walmart doesnt seem to care about how this stores customer service problems or how it reflects on walmart as an organization.
It's sad I have to drive 15 miles and 25 minutes out of my way instead of the Walmart in Commerce City just 2 miles from my house.
Ordered online of in store pick up. Wife waited 40 minutes for a manager who couldn't figure anything out even though we had a pick up ready confirmation. Ended up just walking in to store to go buy one off the shelf. They are the worse eCommerse site ever. Avoid them. Go to Amazon instead.
I got something from Walmart and they canceled my order and we're not helpful at all I am never shopping there agian I choose amazon
If you have any choice in where to buy online and get shipping, then please do. Wal Mart is terrible. Its nothing to say "your order has been delayed" and then ship it to another service center instead of the store for pickup. I will NEVER order online from Walmart again.
They offer walmart+ "free trial" but if you try to cancle the hidden scummy auto billing it cancles the whole thing.
They do not have half priced membership for disabled like amazon.
Live chat "manager" won't fix it or issue code for the amount. They count your few fixs from over many years with them against you.

We bought a swing set online only got two other three that was supposed to be here the other one was cancelled by them we bought this in the 1st of March it took them two months to come get it trying to get our refund back with a joke the only gave us three quarters of our refund back they still owe us over a hundred and some dollars trying to get ahold of him is ridiculous I've been trying for a long time they keep putting it off on somebody else they need take me seriously I will not stop until I get my money back
The custom service there sucks. When i went to paid for my stuff they gave me incorrect change. They later ignore my complaint. Don't buy there.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I understand we are going through a pandemic and that was the reason why I decided to purchase some personalized gifts online a month prior father's day. I didn't obtain any updates or tracking information on my order. Walmart absolutely cannot complete with Amazon if they are trying (lacking) and that shows. The experience ordering gifts for father's day was horrible because it was ruined since I did not receive my items. Never again! In general worse experience ever!
Some little idiot overcharged me by $60 for Easter merchandise listed as 90% off, then rang up four items over a dozen times - most of the time without the 90% off either. I've been trying to get my money back since APRIL. Multiple calls to CS, where they sent my info to a manager in the entirely wrong state. They keep referring me to a store manager, but they've never once answered a call. If you make the mistake of shopping with Walmart, watch every single price, because after all of this, I have no doubt they do this on purpose hoping we won't notice.
Do not buy a prepaid card from Walmart! They do not know how to activate properly at the register. I called Verizon to get the prepaid card loaded onto my phone and Verizon said it "wasn't activated correctly". I called Walmart and went into the store to get this issue fixed and their employees were not interested in helping me. The employees only say one thing "the card is non refundable". I don't want it refunded, I want the card to work! And no one at the Eubank store in Alb, NM can understand that I paid money for a card that doesn't work. Basically I paid $54.47 for nothing. Would the Walmart employees want that to happen to them?
Purchased a planter box via Walmart Online. They use Hayneedle.com to supply their products. Needed to return product and Walmart will not support the return.
Hayneedle is unresponsive to phone calls. First time on hold for 30 min plus, got Fedex return authorization. Product sent back almost a month ago and no credit to my card.
As of now, on hold 2 different times for 1hr plus and no response. Line goes dead.

Ordered a tent and was informed the day of expected delivery that it is unavailable. When called customer service was given canned line of unavailability and recommending either waiting or cancelling order. Asked to speak with customer service "supervisor" Diora, who was condescending, dismissive, and unwilling to listen but rather consistently interrupting and talking over me. When I asked for her supervisors name she preferred to state that she was trying to "help" me and refused to provide her supervisor's name. I am reminded of why I do not shop Walmart even in desperation after getting scammed by another fake website. It is unfortunate how companies like this exist, exploiting and profiting. Shame on you Walmart
I purchased an item from Walmart.com. My order was cancelled four days later. The availability on the item waffled, and the price shot up $361. I was told I could reorder it, but because it was shipped by a different vendor, Walmart cannot price match to my original price and I would need to pay the elevated price for the item that I already ordered and paid for, Almost 5 hours on the phone, and all I got was, "I'm sorry that this happened, but we cannot do anything about it." And since I paid cash for a gift card to purchase the item as a surprise for my husband, the refund went onto a gift card, though I cannot purchase the item from Walmart without paying $748.33 instead of the original $387.31. Worst customer service and swindling crockery I've ever seen! Wal-Mart has lost a customer!
I ordered 6 qty of the same item, and they sent me 4 of that item, and then threw in a couple of similar items.
Also this week, I ordered 4 of the same item, and so far they have sent me 2/4 wrong items.
The rest of that 2nd order is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday; I'm very pessimistic that it will contain the correct items. - I'm all for having the mentally-challenged in the workforce, but they should not be in charge of packing and shipping orders.
I will NOT order from walmart.com again!
Ordered a Rattan Wicker bed 2 weeks ago. Every 72 hours I am promised someone will notify me of the parts or if I am to return everything. 6 calls later someone showed me a way for ME to contact the manufacturer myself as Walmart can't be bothered doing this themselves. People make fun of Walmart as being the store for "trailer trash people" as their main customer source. The same people must also be in management positions. Walmart cashes my Credit Card but they take no responsibility in getting the items to you. If you are able to find what you want somewhere else, even at the expense of a few dollars more, do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.
This is a shout out to Jessi... Not only is this girl always kind, and cheerful, she comes and checks your name while on her way back in. And lets you know that she cares. Promptly tells me what was out of stock, or changed up and if i am okay with that...

I have tried 3 different stores for material, interfacing, cone thread & white 1/4" elastic. Very disappointed. I have COPD when wearing a mask It is hard I get hot and start coughing into a panic attack and I was n a quick lane.
Walmart here in Florida has never closed down their stores during the Pandemic situation. But, they have closed their Tire Lube Express department and have no intentions on reopening soon. Excuses given have been "waiting for the Florida Governors off to give them the ok to open" which is a bunch of Bull S@!@. I contacted the govenrors office and was told that is a complete lie. Every other car care center are open, and have been open from the beginning. That job is considered essential and should have never been closed to begin with. Walmart sucks and lies to their customers. I will take my automotive needs elsewhere from this point on.
Now Walmart forced people to pay in advance before you can check out to reserve a time. The problem with that is for one... by time associates start to gather your order there is always something that Walmart ends up not having. The other issue is that the associates often get the wrong items. They want to enforce no contact and to just open your trunk, but when you get home and put your stuff away and notice the mistakes they made, you're expected to go in store to return or exchange. Completely kills the purpose of curbside pick up. No compensation for an associates wrong doing. I really dislike this update with HAVING to paying before you go to pick up.
