Great Value Brand BBQ Pork Back Ribs. I bought 2 boxes of the 500g ribs. Opened both up and one box was almost half the size of the other box. Box states 500g, but definitely not! Very disappointed on this product compared to other brands. Both package size and taste.
The agent never contacted me. I have had my phone in my hand the whole time. You are lying and no help at all. I asked for a refund and hope i never have to buy from you again. I will make sure i tell my family and friends what i have gone through. Thanks for nothing. This was my last communication with the help chat. Even the refunds take weeks. I understand your frustration about this. This is the only thing I can do on my end is to escalate this to our billing department to have them review this further. I do not have an option to issue a refund on my end as our system does not show a charge for $427.14.
I did a lot of business with Walmart lots of money spent this year alone. They decide to burn their customers. Do not do business with Walmart.com buy in person or better yet stick to Amazon. Amazon may be slow but they take better care of their customers hands down. Fraud and Theft of money is what I EXPERIENCED.

About 90% of my groceries are from Walmart. The house brand is really good. Milk prices are fantastic.
Amazon has been my go-to for so long it's hard to look around, Walmart is good. Lot of times better pricing. Returns are easier; just go to the store.
They make a real effort to keep store clean and bright. Thumbs up.
I ordered three times from Walmart this month. Not once did they deliver on time (when THEY said they would). The first of the three times they canceled after a day, stating the product was out of stock. Why did it take a day for them to determine that after I spent an hour searching and asserting they had a good price? I had to find the product at another vendor and order it again.The second of the three times they promised to deliver a product in two days. That was essential b/c I needed it for a trip I was taking in three days. The product was not delivered before I left 2.75 days later. When I got home from my trip the package was on my porch. I had to return the package unopened as it was no longer needed. That is when I learned about the return shipping policy. They use US Postal Service, and the system is not as convenient or reliable as Amazon returns, in my experience. For example, there is no links provided to arrange the return. They do provide a return label, but you have to arrange the return separately with the USPS, which has its own reliability issues (I arrange for them to retrieve the package on a certain day, but they did not come, so I had to arrange it a second time). The third time I ordered from Walmart this month was two days ago. The package was supposed to arrive "by the end of the day" yesterday. It did not arrive, which is why I'm writing this review. Their delivery provides a tracking number. But unlike other package tracking services, this provides minimal information that is hardly useful. It only indicates the time the package was shipped and the deadline for meeting their shipping agreement. The arrival deadline is provided when the product was ordered, so that is not helpful. Importantly, there are no updates when the package is late, so if you need something, you are in a bind. So their tracking system is essentially useless.The only reason to buy from Walmart is sometimes their prices are lower than Amazon or other online vendors. But the time I have wasted just this month suggests the few bucks I would have saved is not close to the value of the time I wasted dealing with them. I will avoid them in the future.
While Walmart has good prices, their search engine is horrible and cannot seem to process more than 1 or 2 filters without messing up the search results. Furthermore, better prices can often be found on Amazon and the items are often coming from the same third party seller. Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon with their next day delivery, but I haven't been able to get my time right in terms of ordering early enough to get that option even if the items are marked 'next day delivery' eligible; also, Walmart's 2 day delivery isn't as good as Amazon's.
This evening at the Walmart location in Lockport, IL (St#*******) I attempted to purchase a 12 pack of delicious cold Coors Light. The cashier was to young to confirm the purchase so a women by the name of Gail came to check my ID. I'm 30y/o but I can pass as mid to early 20s so I get it plus with it being a chain they always confirm. Again, this is also fine.
What is uncalled for and completely unacceptable is that Gail made me remove my mask to confirm the rest of my face. I politely responded, I do not wish to take off my mask. She advised she would not sell to me otherwise, to which I responded "You do realize this isn't right?".
I've been in emergency services for over 4 years and have been on the front line of covid19 since it's inception. I have yet to have any symptoms despite transporting around 100 positive patients due to my efforts to remain safe in these tough times with appropriate protective equipment, IE: Masks, Gloves and Gowns.
Reluctantly with the blue mountains looking incredibly delicious. I lowered my mask because I do not live in Lockport so I was unaware of the next closest liquor store. I could not leave them with Gail, they deserved better.
Joking aside, I have 3 credit card, a FOID card, state ID, paramedic license, and my department ID in my wallet. We need to stay diligent in these hard times and come up with alternative solutions. I will give Walmart the least amount of business possible due to this incident because they apparently haven't got the memo about the pandemic.
I ordered some furniture for studying, the total price including shipping was quite high but it wasn't a blocker for me. I wish the quality of my new table was better, wish it was more solid. After all, it seems the materials are not the cheapest, so i hope there will be no problems.
I never get half the things I order always out of stock. Then give me things I ordered 1 or 2 orders back! So I went in store all the stuff they told me where out was Not. I think they just give u certain things on line
Wal-Mart has bad managers and there's no teamwork at all from my experiences with them. Csms are always breathing down your neck. They will can you for literally no reason even if you don't deserve it. They don't give help if you need it. Managers don't listen to their workers. They'll make up lies to fire you. Just as simply as I can put it find a better place to work.
"Buyers beware" alert for buying online Walmart masks.
I ordered two orders of 50 masks each.
The masks came in two clear cello bags(inside a mailer bag) with zero product and vendor info.
One bag was short 4 masks, the other bag had numerous dirty masks(see photo).
Price was more expensive than most other vendors, but I thought if Walmart sells it, the product may be better... not!.
No returns on masks. A friend who also ordered this product never got her order. She tried to get a refund but could not get through Walmart's busy customer service phone line on repeated attempts. I tried to put this review on the Walmart website but they did not post it. Do not risk buying unsanitary masks that may not show up from Walmart.
Recently I ordered a mint bodywash... it was promised with a guaranteed delivery date for Friday which I ordered Wednesday... it did not arrive but I called the customer service and they immediately processed a new order with a gift... I am really surprise with the service... aside from that when received my item it has a seal to prevent the mint bodywash from leaking/spill. They are using DHL for delivery and really surprise with the service. They are really improving Walmart and DHL. I also ordered from Amazon and it was a disaster... the first one was leaking all over the package because obviously it was dropped and there was a hole in the bottle so it was all over the package... so I returned it... second shipment was someone opened the bottle and did not close it right so again a spill in the package... they just finally gave to me for free but the quality control of Amazon is getting worst... why will you open the bottle?

We purchased a 65" TV online and chose to have it delivered because I am an elderly customer and do not drive. It did not say delivery would be made by FedEx until after the payment had been made. The delivery was made 2 days after Walmart said it would be delivered. Signature was supposed to be required upon delivery but the delivery person did not bother to get a signature. The FedEx delivery person did not deliver to or near my door. They left the 65" TV just inside the door of the lobby of the apartment building. It is a public place, not a secure location at all. FedEx delivers small packages to customers' doors in our building all the time, but the 75 lb, 65" TV they just left for anyone walking past to grab. No, I would not recommend buying from Walmart to my friends and I certainly would not recommend shipping by FedEx.
After 9 days of waiting to put tire on trailer for trip Walmart.com finally acknowledged that they had screwed up... a product that was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 27 was delivered Saturday the 18 to an address in the wrong state... the second tire was received 3 days late... the one to replace the miss shipped one wouldn't get here till Friday 24... EXTREAMLY pour customer service!
Walmart new policy to require face masks on July 20th only feeding this hoax that face masks work. We have been shopping for months without them and had no outbreaks. The flu has been more damaging then COVID 19. This act of control will not be supported and I will no longer shop at WalMart. My money will go to their competitors. #banwalmart
I went to Walmart today to buy 5 items. I waited in the self checkout line. When I got to the scanner, it said no cash, only cards. The lady that worked there said none of the self checkout registers take cash now. They had 5 regular checkout lanes open with a huge line on all of them. Why?
I purchased an item on Walmart.com. Needed to return it and was told I can't I have to return to seller. It is an $80.00 item and will cost me $41.00 in shipping and restocking fees. I was already fed up with the Walmart corporation but I was still buying most of my local necessities from them to support local jobs. Next week they have decided to go no mask no service.
