I used to buy in Walmart many times and what I can say in general I like that you can find anything you need there, however if you going to buy some electronics, Walmart does not offer best prices for it.

Walmart's GetHuman

My experience after using GetHuman twice is that it doesn't work. No one called me back either time. The first day I tried it, I got a text asking me if my problem was solved and I responded "No, I NEVER got a call back. Then it happened again the next day, no return call. I wasted my time.

Milk

I always got the great value milk because it's cost efficient but lately it just doesn't taste right. This morning when I had a glass of milk it tasted kind of sweet. I have had milk that just didn't taste right or has a slight not normal smell. Anyone else have issues with great value milk?

Great Store

Great Store.
But keep on adding more Organic and Gluten Free Items.
Also instead of Aspartame, Sucrolose ingredients please alternate that with Artheretol alternate. Much safer!
Also with Seafood please have more Wild Caught in the frozen section instead of Farm Raised.
Consumers will not mind paying a little more.

Battery core

Upon purchase of a new battery online from Walmart for my generator, I was unable to return the old battery at Walmart customer service for a core exchange... so I had to figure out what to do with this old battery? The Walmart in BENTON HARBOR refused to take my old battery!

Half of patio set

Walmart.com stole $245.03 from my wife of nearly 40 years. My wife Kim Faint ordered a television from Walmart.com with her debit card on November 30,2019 which they said would arrive by December 11,2019 via FedEx - the television NEVER arrived and was NEVER received by us. FedEx said they lost it and to reorder from Walmart.com - so my wife reordered the TV which was now supposed to arrive at our residence by 11-24-2019 and NEVER did.
FedEx claimed they had trouble with drivers and put it under investigation supposedly. They even gave us a case number. We NEVER got the television so Walmart told us they were processing my wife's refund which they NEVER did. Both Walmart and FedEx said they were going to call us back and NEVER called us back. Now Walmart claims they spoke to FedEx and that FedEx is now saying they have confirmed delivering a television to us on 2 different occasions which is an outright lie as we NEVER received either order. If we had received an order the first time, then why would they deliver it a 2nd time? Walmart now says that they will NOT refund my wife's money. Both companies have now conspired to defraud my wife out of her order and have stolen my wife's $245.03 - we are shocked, stunned and in total disbelief that this has happened.
I have my own real estate company and I am a USTA tennis coach that puts on a FREE year round Tennis Program in my community & my wife works at the local hospital for over 20 years - we would never lie about a mere $245.03. Total disbelief!

Ordered a laptop. They gave me a date. On that date they emailed me and said it was delayed. They said in the email they would not charge my card.

They Charged my card.

The product was sold out (but they wouldn't tell me it was), they said it was 'stuck in processing', and would I like to cancel the order (they asked me if I'd like to cancel FOUR times before I finally agreed).

Then they told me it would be 5 days before the $300+ charge would be refunded 'if it goes through'.

Worst. Online. Ordering. Experience. Ever.

And I'm now being charged 18% interest on $300 for something Walmart won't ship. They have the money in an interest bearing account (100 to 1 bet).

Imagine them doing this to 10's of thousands of people. Imagine how much money they make from that interest alone. This is theft.

This is theft.

I will never again order anything from Walmart.com

Three times in the last 6 months I have ordered through them. Ice melt, never made it. Call them after a few weeks and finally get it. Bag inside has hole in it. 6 curtains, Walmart cancelled order and would get back with me. Never heard back. Picture frames, was supposed to pick up Wednesday but was informed they would be late. Never heard anything and went to check online. Someone decide to change the date further out for pick up. Cancelled order but am only getting refund for part of order because the one that held up everything hasn't been returned. Maybe because it was never sent!

Follure Quilting Ruler

I ordered an acrylic quilting ruler through Walmart.com. The order was filled by Joybuy. I received a small 6" square ruler that was in centimeters only. I don't use centimeters and would not have ordered anything in centimeters. I bought a ruler that was over 10" square. The Walmart link is now dead. I can't get any details of it in order history. The object sent to me does not even exists anywhere on the internet, made in China. I used to order from Walmart to avoid Amazon.com. They are worse than Amazon and give me no reason to give them preference when buying. Wrong item, no refund, no return, no order history, no record. The worst!

Refurbished iphone

I ordered an iphone online on Walmart which stopped working after few weeks. I am trying to return the phone for weeks and being tossed between customer care, walmart store and third party seller. Never buy anything online on market place. Worst place to shop. I never had such experience with amazon.

I ordered $250 in Visa gift cards and $100 in Walmart gift cards. Wal-Mart sent me $100 to Regal movie theater and $50 to Applebee's in error. I've tried everything and they tell me "sorry for the inconvenience we cannot help" I'm so upset...

I ordered a few things from Walmart online and couldn't believe how easy the ordering process was and how quickly my items arrived at my door. The ease of use with their site is a welcome change from what I am used to. I had a great experience on their site and I recommend it to anyone.

Simply garbage!

Other than Comcast, working with Walmart.com has been the sorriest excuse of professionalism I have ever experienced. I have done business with Amazon.com more times than I can count without issue. And when there was an issue, an immediate resolution. I decided to test out Walmart.com for the first time this year and it has become my greatest regret. Customer support is terrible. Solutions to problems don't exist. Hours of time has been wasted. Resolution is none existent. I cannot even begin to understand how Walmart.com still exists. It is a painful crap show and a joke of an experience. If you value your time and sanity at all, then stick to amazon.com, eBay, or anything else. Walmart.com is simply garbage. Second worst business experience of my entire life.

Wrong in so many ways

I was in line at my local Walmart trying to use my Walmart pay. I kept getting a error code telling me to check my emails. I look quick at the register to find out my account has been suspended for to many returns. Walmart has blocked me from all my receipts of past purchases. I can not get my medication refills or get any history of medication from the past also they suspended my Walmart pay so I couldn't finish my transaction. When I contacted them I was told because I returned to many things so my account has been suspended for life even though I was with in there return policy. I don't know how they can get away with that after a purchase the receipts are my property even if they are electronic and is on there site. But blocking me from my life dependent medication that they have been issuing me for the past 4 years is unacceptable and ridiculous. With out any heads up or telling me there is any type of issue with my account. I called and explained it's Christmas time I had a few more returns then usual because things changed in life but that was no help. All the agents agree with me but they couldn't help it's a corporate decision that I keep getting the run around with. Contacted the BBB and local news for help on this. If Walmart doesn't want to talk to me maybe they will have better luck. I will be posting my story everywhere for people not to trust Walmart especially with medication or receipts.
