Being able to earn money back when savings catcher finds cheaper prices elsewhere is so much nicer than just saving on prices on the shelves. Great idea... Feels like i really accomplished something when the dollars add up. Wonderful idea!

Ordered 4 items 2nd week of September. Expected arrival Oct 3rd (that alone deserves zero stars these days). Item shipped and made it to my home state within 1 week but was damaged at the delivery hub. Order "replaced". Walmart sent another set -- this time items arrived at their nearby delivery hub "with unreadable bar code". Items never forwarded. On Oct 10, with still no items, I contacted Walmart.com for an update. I was told "some of your money has been refunded actually. I'll just refund the rest now." WHEN I ASKED."why wasn't I notified my order was cancelled? Reps response " I don't know, I'm sorry. Would you like to reorder these?" ARE YOU SERIOUS! TOTAL GARBAGE SYSTEM IN PLACE. USE AMAZON or JET -- great companies.

Love the bargains. Hate shopping there with a passion. Never been to a place that has such a disregard for shoppers. (Let alone from such a huge non struggling enterprise-talk about cheap.) I literally spent the evening in a full store before 9 pm, on a week day no less, repeatedly dodging getting boxed in by stockers. And then walked half a block in the dark to my car b/c they closed the doors on one side of the mall. BTW if you make a stop at Walmart on the holidays, you can't take your cart to your car!
Target remains in business simply because people can't bring themselves to shop here.

The best thing about walmart.com is you can return your items to the store if they don't work out and for this reason I order a lot of things that I could otherwise get on another site but I haven't had to return items too often.

Got the TV home and it was broken. Put it back in the box and returned it. This enabled me to avoid any return shipping problems. I was happy that I wasn't stuck with a broken TV.
