I shop Walmart locally, and when I am looking for very specific products, I will check their website first. You can often buy online and pickup in store same day. Another advantage to their website is their pricing. You can often find the products cheaper online (vs the store), purchase them, and pickup same day. Money saving!

Bad, bad, bad. I ordered a product off the site and didn't like it. Went to the stores to return it and they said that I couldn't because it was a third party sale through the site. I had to go and figure out who the third party was and then return it to them. I had to cover the shipping myself and I am pissed about it. It should be that Walmart so it to me so I can return it for me but nooooooooo. $7 in shipping. I will never shop on Walmart.com again.

Completed my online order with quoted store pickup date, once i submitted my order the pickup date changed by 1 week, normally not a biggie EXCEPT i needed sooner. Complained to customer service-standard response after 20 minutes was it was estimated time-I countered how was estimated time changed by 5 days the instant I submitted order? He helped me by cancelling order. Got to get better, likely check other sites first. PS i suggested a coupon be nice gesture...(to no avail), Again very unlikely to use again

Have had nothing but trouble with this site for the last 6-8 months. I can access the site and look at everything but if I try to buy I get an error message on the shopping and can't put anything in. One time I was able to add a lot of items but then when I got ready to check out it locked up again. The items sat in the cart for 4 months before I was finally able to clear. I have contacted their support by email and phone at least a dozen times but they haven't been able to fix it or tell me why it keeps happening. Have cleared cache history, cookies, whatever they suggest with no luck. I've even closed the account then opened another to see if that would work. At one point, on the phone, I got a helpful tech who was able to access my account, tried the cart and also had the same problem which he then said was a glitch on Walmart.com site and would turn in a report to get it fixed. Nothing ever happened and I'm still having the problem so I can't shop. Is anyone else having this problem?

After ordering, there's always a long wait for a clerk to be found who can then find the item you've come to get. But the times I've ordered there hasn't ever been a screw up.
I don't know what's up with the Walmart website, why you can enter a very specific item in the "search" area, but a ton of other non-related stuff comes up that you need to sift through.

Walmart.com is truly the worst. I use the same account, same credit card, every time I try a small ($15-$95) order with them for something I need to pick up soon at a store (otherwise I'd just order from Amazon.com which DOES understand mail order), they cancel my order an hour after I place it, claiming security reasons, credit card possible fraud, and the like. I spend hours on the phone getting passed up the line multiple times (I'm on hold now for a supervisor, having wasted 15 min. So far with an idiot who did nothing), then they absolutely PROMISE me they have fixed the problem so I can order in the future just fine. Next time--same thing. I wasted multiple hours trying to place a very simple online order. I order a lot online and never have an issue with ANY company other than Walmart.com. They are the WORST. I remember a year or so ago they claimed they wanted to compete with Amazon.com. That is a joke. They will never be anywhere near in the league with Amazon.
I have been pleasantly surprised at how easy shopping is at walmart.com. I found my self going back, many times. I have purchased camping gear, outdoor stuff, wall decals, laptop... Some items I picked up at the store, some were delivered (quickly). I returned the laptop - not what I had hoped for - but it was a very simple return:)
I didn't rate walmart 5 stars, because I didn't agree with the 5 star definition here, but thought it has been a very good experience, many times over!
I will never order anything again from walmart.com. Yup, it's true they do have good prices, (cheap stuff from overseas! We know about that!) but my experience with them was terrible, because of problems with their shipping. I ordered a case of baby food last spring which came with HALF the jars broken - which wasn't too surprising, considering there was NO packing material in the box, with 10 little glass jars?! So fast forward... they sent a replacement box, and would you believe! THE SAME THING HAPPENED! Glass jars sent thru the mail with NO BUBBLE WRAP, NO NOTHING! EXCUUSE ME? WHO'S WORKING IN YOUR SHIPPING DEPT.? FIRST GRADERS?
I have also had other hassles with this company, but won't waste my time and yours! The Big Dub already has its own horrendous reputation...
I still shop at wm because they have stuff I can't find anywhere else, in this tiny peedunk town... but I'll never do it online again!
Ordered on oct 1 2016 got email my order was placed received another email it was processing and would arrive on oct 7th. Kept watching for it to come on oct. 11th I got a email saying my order was canceled after calling and getting hung up on several times I final talk to a manager and was offered a 10.00 gift card and that was it. They set was on sale with a savings of atleast 60.00. Will never shop with them again. They manager was very rude she said one time her name was tara then kara Walmart is not about the customers at all do not give then your business it will just be a hassle.if I could have rated 0 stars I would have
They are not designer stores but for us working class they really nail it
I do think they need to keep more lanes open & not as many self checkout lanes
