Ended up cancelling order after spending 4 hours trying to purchase three items. All items said that they could be shipped to my home. All items were confirmed in stock. Spoke with two representatives. On hold to speak to these representatives for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. They were unable to help me resolve the issues with placing this order successfully with all three items and the guaranteed free shipping to home with an order over $50.00. Those are the facts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. SEND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. NOT WORTH SAVING AN EXTRA COUPLE OF DOLLARS IN THIS CASE.

Horrible website! Delayed typing, slow loading and difficult to maneuver around! In fact, it's so bad, I just stopped going to it! At first I thought it was just my computer but after a while, it was obvious these things only happened when I was on their website. I'm not fond of going to their store and now the website. I'm finding just as good of deals using coupon and rebate sites. NOTHING is worth the aggravation of Walmart!
Always receive orders within days. Have never had to return an item. Best discounted prices.
Cheap is the name of the game, and Walmart online is no different that the store. A selection of cheap merchandise, and lots of errors in the descriptions that make you think you are getting something different. BUT, sometimes you just want cheap, and Walmart will accept your rejection or return of anything that turns out to be TOO cheap. Delivery is pretty fast an efficient, even to the home. If a store is close, smaller items can be picked up to save the delivery charge. If the store is out of stock on something, chances are you can order it online and have it sent to the store just for you.
My husband loves shopping at Walmart most of the time but I hate it. Sure you can find items cheaper there but when I want something they're out of stock (looks like shelves need to be stocked). I hate seeing people roam around in there slippers and seeing dogs poop or pee in the store. Most of the dogs can't be service dogs. I'm not sure what they call the employees that are wandering around the store, but they're not usually very helpful and some are down right rude. Because I was in customer service for over 30 years, I can't help but pay attention to the way I'm treated. And if you order something online and you want to pick it up in the store, Good luck finding someone to help you.
I made my first purchase on Walmart.com and it was great. I choose the ship to store option. My order was ready within the hour. There was a nice lady back in the pick up section who was very helpful and it took all if 5 mins in and out of the store. I will definitely do more shopping this way.
Wal-Mart customers know their products so I buy things based on the reviews alone! I also enjoy being able to pick up at my local store and have things assembled.
Store is always busy, never enough cashiers, Never enough people in the electronics department-so no one can really help you unless you are standing in their line like your going to cash out at the electronics register. Takes someone forever to come after customer service calls someone when you need a toy down from a high shelf. Easier to order on line and have it delivered if your able to.
They have so many items that are not in stock or cannot be delivered.
When I place an order for "store pick-up" they never call to let me know when it arrives.
The only reason I ever shop the site is for lower prices. Not sure it's worth the trouble.
I can usually find the best prices at Wal-mart, if not they price match. I have never had a problem getting the cheaper advertised price from elsewhere.
Love Walmart online... HATE having to actually go on and deal with the idiots that work at my location!

I've ordered a few things through Walmart and all was well. I mean it's an okay website but nothing really pops here. You get the walmart experience as if in the brick and mortar store. The only difference is paying for shipping and waiting for a couple of weeks to get what you ordered. I will say home delivery is faster than the free in store pickup. So get home delivery if you use Walmart.com
I could spend whole day on walmart webiste, there is such a good things to buy and also prices are cheap.
Walmart is an wonderful site to shop! Fast shipments and great sales!
They still sell brand name products not just there lines, also they have wide selection of the small cans of vegetables.
Don't remove tag if they cannot get the up code you lost your money. Rip off their Great value, clothes are cheaply made and overpriced. Also food expired went bad before expiration date.
Here Sam the Owner of Walmart would roll over in his grave. Mark my words Walmart will go out of business. Sold to another Company.
So far, I can't find any other site that has cheaper prices than Walmart.
