I come to Walmart whenever I need E expensive clothing. Although it's not the best quality, it's the cheapest. I don't shop for any other items except clothing because of the horror stories I've heard!

Horrible Customer Service

Do not order anything at Walmart.com, my experience has been ridiculous. Ordered at $13 item and was notified that it would take 5 days to get it at the store I wanted to pick up at. I cancelled it immediately but it still shipped. I have been several calls to several different numbers. The Danvers store never even answered the phone when I called. Another number I was on hold for several minutes then they hung the call up on me. I also tried emailing and got a return email from several different people who all responded the same. We would love to help you but please call this number... where they never pick up the call. Really?! Absolutely pathetic customer service. People work, they can't wait on the phone all day for you to hang up on them!

Rt. 80 Walmart rushes customers out the door at closing time. Threatening that if we don't hurry we can't buy anything, we will not be able to purchase any of our items as they will lock the registers. They constantly start yelling this going all through the store sometimes after a minute by minute countdown while laughing, gigling in the intercom or without initial notice. Then once customers are at the front to check out, there is only one register open #13 and everyone has to wait in a long line.

There are 2 different males who are evening managers and they both are rude which explains why half of the associates are rude. During evening store hours the managers give no smiles-stare downs and talk like they're on the street trying to punk the homies or don't have time for the homies.-:(

When it's close to closing time, forget about it! They just want customers out and could care less if we buy anything or not.

There is sometimes a cop standing at the entrance/exit so (maybe) they are on edge at this location due to robbery scares? Tough patrons? I'm not sure, but what about your average nice customers who just want to shop? Rt. 80 Walmart New Haven, CT. Review

Never never ever order from Walmart.com Marketplace. They allow any vendor to advertise under their name. Ordered a cell phone. Received wrong item from a third party vendor. Walmart will not assist in any way to secure a return or refund. The vendor Walmart so called 'approved' is not even on their list of vendors! They could not provide the state the vendor was from. Nothing. Pretty much - touch luck. Tried twice to get Walmart.com involved in assisting me - they said No - they are out of it. Call the vendor myself. Terrible, Terrible service from Walmart.com. Pay attention - do not use any 'Market place orders' at all. You do not know who you are dealing with and cannot resolve any issues of a third party vendor. Walmart.com simply 'sells 'their website to these shoddy so called vendors and have little to no information to contact them, nor will ever assist when an order is wrong.

I will NEVER purchase from walmart.com and walmart just lost my business as well. I ordered a dozen arrows for compound bow and when I got to walmart to pick up order it was just one single arrow. It didn't matter that my receipt showed I purchase 12! I was told they would have to call home office the next day. The next day I was informed they would NOT honor the online price! NEVER AGAIN!

I have got plenty of things from Walmart! And what they are doing is selling 3rd party items and if u don't look closely you may pay more to return a item then u paid for the item! If a item can not be returned to the store u oredered it from then DONT BUY IT

I kinda a old school person. I wanted some old style CD-R s to redo my CD collection. For less than ANY WERE, I was able to place a order and pick it up a few days later. It was EXACTLY what I wanted! Thank you Walmart.com if your help!

I order some quilts for $6.97 order 3 pick order so I walked in to pick up my order and they give me shams instead... so I'm try to explain the manager what I order and show them the price and still won't let me get them for the price online. Smh they made me feel like I'm a stupid person never again don't shop at Walmart

Now you can even put in a grocery list and they pick everything out ( AT NO CHARGE!) and you can have it delivered (ALL FREE) To me that's amazing! No more shoving, no more lines to stand in! All I can say is WOW! They even have coupons for a big percentage off Your first order! Now how can anyone beat that?! You already have their low prices, NOW THIS?! This is an offer you just can't turn down! Go Wal-Mart!

I've bought two tv's from Walmart web site, one delivered to the store and one delivered to my home. I was very satisfied with both. They were both delivered in a timely manner, would definitely buy again.

I like that I can find out whether an item is in stock at various stores, but the huge listings for non Walmart sites, listed on the site, is just too much clutter and confusing. I wanted to shop at Walmart's site, not some obscure affiliate who's got stuff to sell on Walmart's site who's got no real connection with them.

I bought a phone on the tenth of September. I quickly learned that the phone didn't work.
I went to the Walmart store where I had purchased with the phone, charger, box and receipt the manager crained her neck at me and refuse to give me a refund. I will never shop at a Walmart again. Please shop at Costco or Target.
