I hate shopping in stores. The only store that I do not mind going in is Walmart. I love their pharmacy and they have a good selection of merchandize.

I bought a full size mattress via Walmart.com but I was getting backaches the whole time when I was sleeping on it so I knew this mattress isn't for me. I didn't think that Walmart would accept my return but I thought I would at least give it a try. So glad I did. Long story short, the customer service was extremely helpful and understanding and I ended up getting a full refund plus a FREE mattress. Now I have a spare mattress collecting dust in my basement. P.S. I did however buy a different mattress from Walmart.
Generally the best prices and selections in groceries. If more lines were opened to make checking out quicker it would have gotten 5 Stars. Wake up WalMart!

Have used their online shopping. Sent purchase to my home. Shipping was either free or very low. Great for people who can't get out and about.
I understand the frustration that some people may have with Walmart.com, I would like to mention that most of the times CSR are not able to work around the policies or system they have, They do the best they can while they try to get a good Csat Score, they will be doing everything they can to try to assist the customer, Me, as a regular customer, I've had a lot of issues with a few orders, however, I really appreciate all of the effort that the CSR put to try to assist me with the situation. They are understandable people and I really appreciate that, IF anyone from any call center is reading this I just want to say Thank You
I bought some similar bulbs at home depot, Philips brand, and they were $16 on sale. This was less, the quality of the light is just as good. I will buy again.

Used to buy a lot of stuff there but after one of their staff didn't want to help me I decided to not go there anymore.
I have never had a problem online with Walmart. Their site is easy to navigate and it gives you more info at the bottom of the page in case you wish to compare prices.
I am very disappointed with Walmart. I quit shopping at Target because of their bathroom policy that endangers my safety. Now Walmart.com has removed the ship to store option leaving the only choices to pay for shipping or purchase a shipping pass.
I ordered some patio chair covers from Walmart they were heavy duty had nice tie down straps and looked like they would last forever I had to return them because they did not fit my oversized chairs. But they were the most beautiful covers for patio chairs. No problem returning to the store. Ordered a larger size in another brand hope there just as nice.
With the amount of time I have spent in the checkout and/or customer service, I could have knitted two jumpers with matching gloves. Although they try to provide you with efficient service, it just ain't happening.
It's been three months since I began shopping on Walmart.com and I am thrilled by what I've found. There is the free trial of the Shipping Pass, Great Value products and excellent customer service. Walmart.com has products that I can't find locally. Delivery has been quick and the items are well packed. The Great Value products are very high quality and I'm hooked on many of the things that I've tried. Many of the items are priced lower than they are in discount supermarkets.
Walmart.com in many ways has exceeded my greatest expectations for an online shopping service.
I use Walmart.com a lot. I always check the prices against other retailers and go with the lowest price for the same item. I have received damaged merchandise from Walmart.com in the past, but the customer service was quick to replace or refund the item. I would recommend it. Here's a hint- even if you go to the actual store sometimes, you might find it helpful to use Walmart.com to ship the bulky and heavy items. I buy my cat litter and household paper products with Walmart.com and then add other needed items to get the amount necessary for free shipping.
Suprisingly fast delivery and my huge packages are wrapped well for protection. I have ordered bikes, bookshelves, fans and a desk and everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Great company!

Since I do most of my shopping online, I have to say Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop! I am disabled so the online option really works well for me! If I go to the store I never know if I'll be able to get an electric cart, and if I can't then I can't shop. It's a shame to see so many people using them that don't need to. So I know I'm safe with the online shopping. I LOVE the stone pickup option especially! Saves on the shipping charges when you only need a few things. I'm all about saving money and Walmart.com has some fantastic deals that I don't see in store. Only drawback with online ordering is that you can't try things on and we all know that every brand seems to run in a different size! Plus it's hard to see the quality from a picture, so it is a bit of a gamble on clothing items at least. On the good side, they are pretty good with returns with your receipt. I've had a lot of good luck shopping with them online, and saved a lot of money doing it, so unless there's free shipping, the pickup in store works for me! Keep up the good work!
