Ordered 4 chairs on walmart.com through OJ Commerce. Only received 1 chair. When I called customer service, I was told there was an error in the description and it should have read 1 chair. After multiple calls to customer service and headquarters, they were unwilling to make good on original description. Horrible customer service!
Walmart is the type of store you go to just to pick up a few things. Then you see all the Great Stuff they have and the prices will nlow you away. The staff are all grest even if they do not work that section they get someone to help youfast. Just wish we had one a little closer tohome.

Everyone loves Wal-Mart but I will admit the one in my area is always soooooooo busy that many times I try to go very early in the morning.
I've had plenty of positive purchases and interactions with customer service reps with Walmart.com. I enjoy shopping with their on line site and I like the fact that if there is an issue I can go right down the street to the store itself (in Shrewsbury Pa) and there is no issues there, they have always been willing to help. If I have had to return anything to the site or had an issue they have always been very helpful.
I really enjoy shopping at walmart.com. I like the site to store option because I can avoid shipping charges. I ordered a doll and it came to the store in a few days. Happy

I ordered a gift for my grandson from Wallmart.com and it was to be delivered by Aug 30. When it did not arrive by Sept 1, I wanted to actually call and speak to someone in customer service as to the status----but there is no customer service number---only online inquiries.
I decided to push the cancel button on September 1 and the email I received said that it would either be cancelled or if not, I would get an email regarding delivery. It was delivered on September 1. Still no email.
Very sloppy. Not the way to be an online retailer. I am back to Amazon.
I use to order a lot from Walmart. But now you have to pay to ship everything and I don't want to pay for every little thing to ship, They put the things that most people wants on line and you can't get them in the store. So, I order more now from Amazon.
The title of this review says it all. You really can't beat the convenience and selection fit most things. However I do wish they carried more vegetarian and vegan food in their grocery section. It's nice to see them expanding their natural foods though!
Nice items to choose from and free shipping to pick up at local sfore... no issues at all. Great service and awesome selection. You can even special order food items. Well not refrigerated or frozen food but other things... nice
Walmart has gotten a rep for not having enough employees to help keep their stores safe. I haven't been happy with the way they treat their employees also. Why when they make billions can't they do better for their customers and employees?
Employees at the cashier line even tell you how bad it is working there. They have Vision Care that has no accountability to WalMart and is merely a profit center. It is the worst service ever.
China should just buy them out as all they sell is made there anyway. Americans should boycott these stores. Remember the bribes they offered in Mexico to get stores built? Where did that story disappear to?

I like that if I mess up or something isn't what I expected, I can return the item to the retail store. I have never had a problem placing my order or picking up my order using Site to Store. I like that I can use Ebates to get a discount on my Walmart.com purchases. When I have items shipped to my home, the transaction always goes smoothly.

I ordered a calculator on line to be delivered to the store. After being told that it would arrive same day, it did not. I received canellation notice 3 days later after being charged on my credit card for the item. Now I can not get a refund. I'm being told by the store that they never received my order and walmart.com keeps telling me I need to get my refund from the store. So apparently, after a week of arguing, I'm just out the money. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.
I ordered a archery target from walmart.com and used the site to store option to save on the shipping as they are quite heavy. The price was awesome. And they shipped the order on time. However, it got to the store and I got an email saying "your item is ready to pick up" so I drive to the store to get it. And they cant find it anywhere. They send me away and tell me to come back with the online order number 'so they can find it.' I drive home, get this number and head back. The order shows that it is indeed at the store! They just hadnt processed the stuff they got from the website yet, so it wasnt in the stores system.
If you order from them, be armed with information when you go to the store or they just may waste your time. The guy that tracked it down for me was kind of a jerk about the whole thing too. Like it was my fault I showed up because they hadnt processed it yet.
Whatever. Ultimately I got my target for a good price and paid no shipping. If the people at my local store were actually helpful it certainly would have been worth more stars.
I needed help with an item that was priced wronged... Asst Manager could not help me and when I asked for another Manager she told me that she was the only person available and she rudely walked away... two minutes later a cashier walked over and identified the problem and solved it... I contacted Walmart Corporate offices after calling the store and not be able to speak with or get a call back from a manager... I will not ever shop at Walmart in Troy, Mi again!
There are few places that have the amount of merchandise as Walmart and the selection site on the site is amazing. However, I have to give 3 stars because of the search feature. When you are looking for something it may take a long time to find it. However, with the low prices and now free shipping to the closest Wal-Mart, it is hard to beat them.
