I ordered a rug with a delivery date of Aug 26th. On the 26th I got an email saying it would be delivered on Aug 27th. On Aug 27th I tracked the rug and now find it will be delivered on Aug 30th. I ordered from them because they had the fastest delivery. I believe they did that for that reason. They knew I would not received it on the 26th. They were dishonest just to get my business. I will never order from Walmart.com again.
This store has proven to me repeatedly that you nearly always get what you pay for. Never again.
If you like in and out service, the web site is the way to go. Just order and go to your store of choice and pick up item. Want it delivered then you can pay a small freight charge. As I said CONVENIENCE
I went to buy something which was suppose to be available for pick up that day. I decided to go in, and they didn't have it. I went back on line and ordered it from one of their other stores for pick up that day but intended to go in the next. I then got a notice saying my order had been cancelled. The next day I got an email saying the item was backordered and they had reordered it for me to come in in about 2 weeks. Trying to sort this out was ridiculous. I will never buy from them on-line again.

I love to price compare and Walmart Is a valuable source for this. Many times I can find the Same product here for less. Shipping to their store is always free. Most of the time an inexpensive repair protection plan can be purchased via Walmart. I give their online 5 stars!
They are good about meeting arrive by dates. Quality has been better than expected for the low prices I've paid. Even ordered a fire pit and wood. No shipping charge no handling fee. Was more convenient than hauling from the store that was consistently out of stock and had poor selection available.

This happen to me about six weeks ago. It was like he was talking a different language. With all due respect for his education and he skill. Dumping or overloading a patient with way too much information, putting the fear of God in me. My mind was racing thinking the worst. I'll spare you the whole conversation. In short he said you sugar is three times what it should be, you cholesterol is really high your obese. You need to exercise. I do doctor. Try harder! I did think that was funny at he time but did let him know. Blah blah blah blah... You're are a diabetic your sugar is three times what it should be.
I couldn't retain anymore. Why? We my daughter is Type 1. All drama and issues we have with her also flooded my mind. There are many site and groups that support diabetes. I'm not saying this is the best sight I am saying it is very helpful in answering questions and putting things into perspective. I will continue to revisit this site as it easy to follow. They keep it as simple or as complex as you need.
Walmart is really improving - has more US manufactured products now that support our economy and are of better quality. Keep the US products coming!
Walmart discriminates against women, uses slave-labor, underpays workers, and preys on the taxpayers to provide "benefits" to their employees, who use WIC, food stamps/SNAP benefits and cost taxpayers millions. I can never understand how anyone who knows these things about Walmart can, in good conscience, shop there.
These people are beown rude, and if you have to shop late, better hope you are the only one in the store. Ten people in line and they will NOT bring other checkers unless one gets loud about it.

I have encountered various issues with shopping at Walmart.com. They are mostly just inconveniences, but I prefer to just go in person to double check and make sure they have the item I want.

Why are there items on the site that can't be shipped to your local Walmart? That alone just makes me want to give it a low rating. I want to buy this one item and the only shipping available is this "Standard Aug 22 - Aug 31 $5.95 per order". The item is $3.50... WTH!? I don't think you should be listing things on your site if you can't deliver. Otherwise it's nice to be able to get some stuff delivered to your local Walmart... The search is horrible though. I searched my local store for an item and I got 3 pages of items that were not related any to the item searched for (of which I KNOW is in stock at my local Walmart). You also can't put them in any kind of order, it's annoying. Only good side is some good prices and some local deliveries.
I found Walmart.com to be easy to navigate and order. Also they have a lot of items for sale at very reasonable prices.
At a time that I got sick I coudnt work any more. With no insurance and little money in my pocket. Who will have a low price medicine? That was wallmart. Hard to believe that medicine is in many stores impossible to buy it. Thanks wallmart for making the medicine affordable to any one
