Daniel was very helpful when I called the customer service line. I had thought that I ordered tickets online, but low and behold the wonderful internet cancelled my order... so, I picked up the phone. He patiently took me through the order process, only about five minutes! I was also provided a 10% discount for my first order. I felt a lot more comfortable giving my personal information to a human being and not a website. Thanks Daniel and Vivid Seats!

Monique helped me through a complicated order this morning. I was ordering 2 sets of tickets across multiple days and she walked me through the process very calmly, cheerfully and thoroughly. She gained my trust right from the moment we started talking. She is extremely competent and patient at the same time. Overall it was a very pleasant experience because of Monique's great customer service.
I was unable to access tickets for a football game through the app. So I called and was helped quickly by a rep to get the tickets with a discount.
We purchased Philadelphia Sixers tickets for Nov. 10 in August. First, we couldn't access the tickets until October which I thought was weird. Second, we got the game and they told us the tickets were in use. We went the box office where they confirmed this and told us not to trust any site except Stub Hub. Third, it's impossible to get in touch with an actual human. They have such a run around system you keep getting the same messages despite which area you choose to go on the phone. Fourth, they claimed they'd investigate, but they kept trying to call my wife when she was at work, she left messages asking for a call back at another time, they refused to do so and then kept sending e-mails with automated responses that basically left you with nothing. Do not recommend.

Maybe I am just the (un)lucky buyer. I bought 8 seats to the NHL Winter Classic 2020. Vivid will NOT provide me an e-ticket via their app. They have only sent me a link to download the PDFs. Well, I can't validate these are legit, and I'd rather not find out the day of the event at the Cotton Bowl.
I promised 4 of them for sale BEFORE buying off Vivid, but no other reseller will recognize or list them. AND VIVID REFUSES TO SELL THEM FOR ME EITHER!
So, I can't sell them, I can't validate them, but I'm out over $1,000!
Vivid chat says "they're fine." Seatgeek and Stubhub says "not."

I was needing to order a few giftcards and did not want to pay the fee of shipping per giftcard and they waived the fee and just charged me for one. All I had to do was call and they did it perfectly! Chris helped me out and it was great!

Horrible service. I couldn't find my tickets the day of the concert so I tried to chat online and it was no help. The 1st customer service rep hung up in my face. The 2nd customer service rep started the "refund process". A few days later another customer service rep called and said the Refund was denied. I called and spoke to another customer service rep and they finally told me how to search for the tickets in my email. I will never use them again. Ironically, my bank account was hacked a few days after i purchased the tickets online. Horrible service.
