Ordered my wedding invitations here... loved their design... their website was very easy to navigate, the ordering process was very easy. I choosed my invitations, entered my data, and in one week had my invites. They are abolutely gorgeous, too bad some people have left them bad reviews. I guess everyone has their own experience. Do your homework, each experience is individual. This company has great prices, and tons of desings. Love them! Will use them for all my paper goods!

I've used Vistaprint EVERY YEAR for 14 years to create a mug of my dog from a puppy until now,"found a better place"
The prints on my mugs have been nice, afew grainy but I was not unhappy.
However, their shipping is on the high side and just way too many product promotions before you can actually check out and pay.
Also, they just don't stop sending emails at least 5 weekly, I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND STILL RECIEVED THEM, finally, I had to add them to my spam box which is always full of email from them for the same items at same prices

Terrible 1 800 customer service. They do not care about the circumstances, only their bottom line. This should be, act in the business best interest department, not customer service department. They would rather give up a customer that spends 1 to 2 thousand per year than provide them the original 50 envelopes they had requested. And then when given the opportunity to make things right, they offer a 15 dollar credit to use toward 50 dollar envelopes on their site when they were suppose to be included in original order.

Vistaprint is a great place to get cheap business cards, post cards, car magnets, and and just about anything else you can think of personalized with your business or personal information. They have tons of templates to choose from, and they make the designing process very easy. I like that there are always online coupons for this compnay, and shipping cost isn't unreasonable. I've ordered from them at least a dozen times over the years and have always been satisfied. The cheaper cost doesn't mean cheaper quality.

"You get what you pay for" would lead me to believe that the quality from Vistaprint would be horrible and cheap, but it's not. I've been ordering premium business cards from Vistaprint for years and have always found their quality to be good and the turn-around time to be swift. Sure, every once in a while you'll get a couple miscuts, but that's typical of any biz cards - and when you're getting 1000 for like $50 shipped, a couple bad ones isn't going to kill you.

I ordered from vista print.com several times, and always used their promos, so it came out pretty inexpensive. The last order was 3 sets of premium business cards which came in nice bright colors and were shipped fast. No disappointment here. I used "buy $60 and get $30 off" promotion, and paid around $50 for the whole thing including delivery. The annoying things are the add-ons at the end of every order, but on the other hand they offer things you wouldn't know even existed. I also wish they had smaller that 250 minimum amount - I would like just 100 to see if the design is good.

Awful website. Loaded with so many things that they try and force down your throat when all I wanted to was buy business cards. Then I was scammed somehow when I bought business cards and signed up for some website (www.terrylbowen.vpweb.com is at risk of being shut down) and they started taking money on my card for three months until I caught it. Just another way for a company to scam millions of dollars away from people $10 at a time knowing that no one is going to do anything about it. Im sure there will be a class action suit against them at some point. And when there is ill be the first to sign the suit. They lost my business permanently.
