Vistaprint's reputation appears to be declining, particularly regarding customer service and product quality. While some customers have praised the quick turnaround times and effective support from individual agents, a significant number have reported frustrating experiences with unresponsive service, order errors, and poor-quality products. Common complaints include delays in delivery, inadequate communication, and unsatisfactory resolutions to issues. Additionally, customers have expressed concerns over the consistency of product quality, suggesting changes in manufacturing. Overall, while Vistaprint has a loyal customer base, many are reconsidering their relationship due to these persistent challenges.

Although the prices seem cheap, the 'premium' business cards are really bad quality and badly printed, and you have to pay extra to have them sent to you in less than a month which is really bad.
Also they're like ryanair, they charge you for using your own design and loads of extra charges so the end result isn't the promised price.
I was also bombarded with marketing emails, which were very annoying.
Wouldn't buy from them again.
I like vistaprint.com. I think the printing costs are quite low and the quality is fine.
I helped a friend of mine order business cards online through this site. They were okay but felt a little thin and cheap. They were cheap as far as the price goes, so I think he got what he paid for. We just expected them to be a little better in quality. For business cards, I'd recommend a local place instead so you know what you're getting for sure. I'm sure if we did an upgrade of some sort, the quality probably would have been better at a higher price.
This is just my opinion based on helping a friend with a recent order through vistraprint.com
I purchase business cards for my fathers painting business and am overall pretty satisfied. The cards are fairly cheap in price plus has a wide selection of styles and options. They arrive in the mail fairly quick and are always on time. I would insist on using vistaprint! :)
Bought a Photo Mug... experience was fine... price was not particularly competetive nce you factor in shipping etc... The online tool for designing the mug is fiddly, especially if you want try out different options/styles...
Once you get on the mailing list, they drown you marketing spam... wonderful offers of loadsa-freestuff... but of course you pay high postage if you get sucked in.
Overall. They are fine if you don't get sucked in...
I was initally sucked in by their advertisements of 500 "premium" business cards for $9.99. I gave them a try, ordered 250 premium cards for my business, and received them 2 weeks later. Apparently, Vistaprint.com uses the term "premium" very loosely. Upon reciept I inspected them, and to my dismay but not to my surprise, I found myself somewhat disappointed in what I recieved. My business cards seemed more a novelty item than a premium one.
It appears that the saying "you get what you pay for", rings true in this case. In the future, I will stick with a local press.
A quick note: Although, they advertise 500 business cards for 9.99 and sometimes for FREE, you will end up having to pay shipping and handling costs. You will also have to pay to upgrade anything to what they consider premium standards. And by premium, I actually mean: Premium, to Vistaprint.com's standards. Which, in my opinion, isn't that high.
I made the mistake of starting an order for printed stationery (I was attracted by an initial free offer!) - with extra charges and upsell methods it blew out to an absurd cost and I did not proceed with the order. But they had captured my email and other details and I was then besieged for weeks with marketing emails. In the end I had to block them as a sender - nothing else worked.
This site has great prices but sometimes the quality is sub par. For example, I bought a couple of car magnets for my buisness, but the magnets are about a millimeter thick and the edges came bent, right out of the box! When I put the magnets on my car door they don't seal all the way around the edges. I have purchased business cards from them before (for cheap) and they were adequate. Personally I don't have to have super flash business cards so its no big deal.
Even my Gran could use this site to design her own cars / invitations etc its that easy!
I have used Vistaprint now for a number of years for business and personal use. I love thier easy to use step by step design tools that enable you to create the most beautiful and personalised items. The provide most things from business cards to t-shirts, fridge magnets to logo design, if you want it, likelyhood is they can do it for you.
One item I notice they don't do is a useful menu template for a cafe / restaurant but thats about it.
Their prices are very fair, and to be honest you could probably find some items slightly cheaper on other sites or from printing businesses in your local area, however, you are paying for the ease of use, the thousands of excellent template designs they provide for you to use on their website and the shear conveneience of sitting and being your own graphic designer from the comfort of your own PC!
The slight downside is that once you have uploaded your design thy give you about 20 other choices of fabulous products with that design on to tempt you to purchase, you can easily skip through these (if you can resist!) and purchase just your order, beware of VAT and delivery added on before you checkout too, be sure to order in plenty of time as its cheaper to wait longer then have a priority order of less than 7 days for example.
Feel free to ask me anything!

I like this site because they always do professional looking work. I've ordered address labels, personalized tote bag, personalized pens and photo tote bags. The site is easy to use and they have a great variety of their products. I like how they are always offering free merchandise and all you have to do is pay is the postage. Usually after you get the free product you want to buy more.
I have used vistaprint for most of my business marketing needs. As Sara D. Said, taking your time while designing your projects makes a huge difference. Also making sure that if you are uploading images to make sure you are using ones of excellent quality. I utilized the double side printing on my biz cards, and was very pleased with the end product. I have also had lawn signs printed that were phenominal (very cost effective). The car magnets I had done didn't last as long as I wanted, but I couldn't complain. They cost less than 15 bucks, plus I got one free. I also had window clings done for my shoppe. Overall I am very pleased with everything that I have gotten. Not to mention, they throw in alot of freebies, which works great when you're trying to watch the bottom line.
Love their prices, just watch out you don't join their mailing list.
I've actually used vista-print several times for business cards, postcards, note pads and recently ink stamps. They are surprisingly good quality products for the price and their promotional offers are competitive to other sites. Take your time with designs and pay a fraction more for gloss finish it improves the overall quality of cards. Delivery has always been very good, sometimes earlier than expected.
Vistaprint is one of the most well known online print agencies and they have a very well done website. The best way to get your money's worth out of them is to buy HALF of what you really want, and then at the end of your transaction, they will try and up sell you to buy MORE. If you bought 100 postcards, after you pay, they will say, Buy another $100 for only X dollars, which is really really cheap. Therefore now I always only buy half of what I need and then wait for the up sell at the end of the sale.
I responded to a free offer & I paid shipping. I have not received the order placed over a month ago, even though they stated I would have it 16 days ago. Although they list a customer service phone number - it's automated, no option to speak to a human or leave a message & there is no way to e-mail them. They keep sending me sales pitch e-mail & I can't contact anyone by responding to them. I left feedback on the site asking for help twice so evidently they don't read their feedback either. Argh!
Poor quality business cards - I just received some really poor quality business cards from Vista Print. I purchased the "premium" card stock and used their Photoshop template to upload graphics. The paper was cheap and flimsy, the cards were mis-cut (the borders were uneven), and the colors were washed out and pixelated. This was particularly surprising, as I had previously used their newsletter service which was pretty good.
Answer: Yes, the calendars are beautifully done and arrive in great shape, quality is very nice.
Answer: Yes - awhile back and its easy but seamless. Otherwise, the platform is easy but just takes some tweaking.
Answer: Call customer service at Vistaprint- it probably depends on the pen or it may not have refills. :)
Answer: That is on your end... It does not have 2 step verification like bank website do, but all you have to do is make a secure password uncommon to other passwords you use
Answer: We did graduation invites and the were awesome! We put my daughters gradation pictures on the invitation the price was better than anywhere else! If you need them in a hurry - you would have to pay extra shipping is all. :)
Answer: I think Vistaprint has a section on that subject and can point you in the direction of a designer it says they have a community of trusted designers! I suppose you can email them a image of it aqnd they will create it. Its not that hard to do it yorself if its not to elaborate I used photoshop and downloaded some free templates and manipulated them to get my desired card. But if your not up for it check these out here, https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/design
Answer: I believe its excellent! I am waiting for poloshirts to come in and I willbe ordering some myself. If you are not happy with anything from vistaprint Iwill sort it out I just had my card redone and they where really good at sorting the issue out. https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/satisfaction-guarantee
Answer: No Its actually belongs to Wix.com its been created with there site creator program so the site is not transferable in any way as Wix only allows you to use it becaiuse your hosting your site with them so provides a means for you to create a free site using their planner. Only your domain name can be moved depending who you have it with I know this as I created my own site through Wix directly but I didn't use Vistaprint to do it I did it myself I think they are just a middle man! In this case, I use others to host my domain emails as you can get that done cheaper else where but I'm happy with my site after editing the absolute hell out of the template but I loved manipulating the template and got it just how I like it. However be aware that if your not paying for any CEO services your site is just a portfolio and even though your registered on google search engines you won't be found under any serches for services! Gpoogle want money for you to be found or you have pay for a CEO service to constantly manipulate your ceo to get found for search quiries! I am found in google no problem but by name only not by service! I mainly use mine as a portfolio but am found via my cards and via the likes of face book and other simular apps. Which works for me.
