ORDERED BUSINESS CARD MAGNETS-AS THE DEALERSHIP i WORK AT WAS HAVING A BIG SALE mEMORIAL dAY WEEKEND- AND i WANTED TO GIVE THEM OUT. I PAID AN ADDITIONAL 11 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING TO MAKE SURE THAT I GOT THEM. WELL I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM- ON 5/22 AS PROMISED. I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THEM AND I GOT DISCONNECTED. APPARENTLY THAT IS HOW THEY DEAL WITH DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THANK GOODNESS IT WASN'T SOMETHING LIKE WEDDING INVITATIONS THAT I TRUSTED THEM WITH. JANE

Good experience with them although the discount code didn't work at first. Got the cards delivered on time and they looked great. Would use again.

Bought 4X5 personalized note cards and personal business cards. Thought my name in blue would be the same color as the border. The border was grey. I guess that's my mistake, I now know what grey scale is. Over all, I'm happy with the products. Shipped fast. Competitively priced.

Really good quality - looks pretty sturdy and holds the banner taut. Doesn't come with any instructions but is easy to figure out. It is stable because the two back legs extend out about 3 feet from the foot of the banner. Keep that in mind when deciding where to position it.

I had received an order of wall calendars (using my own photos) from Vistaprint that were poorly printed and not usable. Previous orders had been produced beautifully. I was so disappointed that I wrote a scathing review in which I declared I would never do business with Vistaprint again. Well, as they say, “Never say never.” Shortly after I wrote the review, Vistaprint emailed me a feedback survey, asking for my opinion of its services. I ignored it, vowing to have no further communications with Vistaprint. Two days later I received another email stating that my new order was confirmed. For a moment I was angry, as I certainly had not placed another order. Upon opening the email, however, I saw that Vistaprint was re-doing the messed up order without charge. Three days after that I got another email informing me that the order had shipped. Within a week, I received the calendars and they were beautiful. So, as it turns out, Vistaprint really does honor its “Absolutely Guaranteed” pledge, even if you don’t actually talk to a representative. Vistaprint read my negative review and immediately set about making it right. All I can say is, “Wow.” I am thoroughly pleased and happy that Vistaprint does indeed practice honorable business ethics. Bravo! And, yes, I will continue doing business with Vistaprint. I will be ordering more calendars sometime this week. Thank you Vistaprint for being true to your word.

I used to spend quite a bit with VistaPrint... never again. They sent me a postcard for my Birthday... oh how nice I thought. It offered up to 50% off site wide and free shipping. I took the opportunity to order some new business checks. I didn't get anywhere near 50% off but of course they had said "up to" so this was merely disappointing. But I also was charged shipping. I called to inform cs and the gal said she would offer me a refund on my shipping "as a courtesy". I didn't feel like arguing so I accepted the deserved refund regardless of what they wanted to call it. She said something about her computer being slow and said to call back in 30 minutes. When I did the new gal acting as if she knew nothing about the previous call and insisted that although my post card made absolutely no mention of any limitations with regards to the free shipping offer, that the policy was actually that I had to spend $50. Well any person with any knowledge of the law whatsoever would know that this is an illegal business practice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She wanted to win the argument... and of course she did. The original gal should have her job. Saved $9! Congrats. Lost this customer for life and I'll tell everyone I know. AVOID VISTAPRINT AT ALL COSTS! SCAM MARKETING AND SURRLY CS> FAIL!

I use vistaprint to order all the business cards for my coworkers. I've gotten rack cards and posters made. The site is easy to navigate and makes it easy to create whatever it is you're working on. All the business cards have come in in a reasonable amount of time, of course, I order with plenty of time instead of waiting til the last minute at christmas time like some of these yahoo's above me. I love vistaprint and will continue to use them for their service and quality. If the quality of the print of your product wasn't good, maybe your graphic wasn't good quality either. As for the price, I google coupon codes all the time and always manage to get my products at around half price. Do some research before you give bad reviews. :)
