Disappointing

The business cards are hit or miss, I threw the lot away and bought elsewhere.
The pricing is competitive, but you pay peanuts so expect peanuts... You are not getting a quality product. If your business image matters to you, go elsewhere, if you want cheap and cheerful then use vista print

Extreme satisfaction

I used Vista Print for the first time 2 weeks ago and ordered business cards. I used pdf files and did not understand the graphics thus my cards were tiny in print and had indicator marks in the corners. I called Vista Print and told them I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. I was told the order had already been sent but not to worry. I could discard those and the corrected ones would be sent out with no extra charge to me and Vista Print even express mailed them to me at no charge. Vista Print now has a loyal customer in me!

Disappointed

I ordered my boyfriend a photo book from Vistaprint on the 22nd of November when it was due for the 8th of December. Unfortunately by the 10th of December the product was still 'In progress' so I contacted Vistaprint via email and they said they had re-ordered my product. It got to the 16th and no re-order had been set so I rang Vistaprint who were then to say they'd re-order it AGAIN and it'll be here on the 4th of January. I wanted this for Christmas. Very disappointed and will not be using Vistaprint again, an unreliable website for gifts.

I recently ordered coffee mugs for a co-worker that had pictures of family members on it, that they had sadly lost in the last few years, to give to her family for Christmas. While ordering I had a problem with being able to select the quantity that I needed. I hopped on the "chat" feature, and the person jumped right in and made the change for me so that we were able to get the qty we needed. Upon receiving the order, I asked my co-worker to bring 1 mug in so I could see it. When she brought it in, it was terribly uneven. I sent a quick email to customer service, explained the situation, and they replaced it ASAP no questions asked! I was very happy, as I went out on a limb and told my co-worker about this company, and they did not disappoint!

We placed an order for Business cards. A few weeks later we realized they never came. We called to inquire, and we were told they needed the credit card number again. After being transferred to a supervisor we gave the credit card number, again. A few weeks later, again... we realized that we still hadn't received the order. We called, again... Transferred to another supervisor, he said there's no record of the credit card number on file. I explained that this was the third time we were having to give the credit card number. He didn't offer any solution, or any compensation, he just wanted the credit card number. He wasn't in the lease interested in helping us avoid this from happening again, or trying to solve the issue. We will not recommend or use Vista Print again because of this POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way... we still haven't received the business cards. :(

This is a very good company, Billing great. Shipping is prompt. Printing professional, very good quality. Have a large variety of merchandise, custom printing to suit your needs and/or wants. Some good sales and deals. Some pricing a little pricey, but over all a good deal. For business or personal. Never had any issues with them. Five stars in My opinion

I clicked on a mobile ad for VistaPrint that offered 500 cards at $9.99. The process took me through a plethora of "offers", all designed to increase the billed amount. The shocker, though, was when I was asked to pay an additional $7 for shipping, not express, not standard, but the slowest possible one! Several coupons and offers claimed to take 50% off, but despite all that, I still ended up paying $28 instead.

I learned this the hard way: VistaPrint subscribe to the bad business practice of charging numerous hidden costs and fees.

This is a company that is a part of Google's Trusted Store network, most of which are mostly ethical. Today, most companies display their costs upfront, including shipping, so as to not cause last minute surprises to customers - everything about VistaPrint is against that paradigm. If you're not extraordinarily careful, VistaPrint can easily sneak in additional charges for things that you thought you weren't buying/paying for.

VERY SATISFIED

I was trying out some new software and designed my own business cards. I could not decide between two different color schemes and wanted to see the finished products before ordering in quantity. I searched numerous websites, finally settled on Vistaprint due to the price, and ordered a minimum number of cards in each color scheme. I was very pleasantly surprised when the cards arrived. They looked fantastic. I do want to caution you about two things, though:
1. If you are ordering more than one set of cards, put each in the shopping cart rather than ordering separately. You avoid additional shipping expenses by doing this but the company website really does not do a very good job of explaining that.
2. Be careful with the automatic default settings that adds an additional 250 cards at a very low price. If you do not de-select the option, you get charged for it automatically. Other than those two things, my experience was fast and easy and the end-products were top notch. I will definitely keep using this company!

Not Good

Vista Print didn't work out for me. My cards came with very small lettering and not the way I set it up on their website. I was very careful with everything so I know it wasn't my mistake. I didn't bother trying to send them back because it wouldn't have been worth the headache. So I'm stuck with 500 cards with print that's dame near invisible. Won't be using them again.

Very cool site of UK and useful for all sorts of business custom merchandise. They have wide variety of items and very useful. The price is very competitive and they have good offers. I recently had bad experience with their canvas print but they offered store credit of the same value and I think thats still something good considering the inconvenience I had. So very professional and its a good site.

I get 2 or 3 emails a day from them, they need to stabilize there prices and cut down on the emails, I am so sorry that I bought buisness cards ftom them, now it never ends

Good Experience

Whenever I had a bad situation with Vista corrected it immediately or refunded my money. Once they corrected the job which was their error and gave me a full credit for the amount of the job. Kudos to Vista Print.

This is not top quality printing but it's quite good for the money you pay. Just don't think it will be perfect and amazing. Average quality and great pricing is the thing VistaPrint seems to do well.

Their printing is professional grade, but pretty much the bottom of professional quality. Their templates and ease of use are the best in the business. Their prices are among the highest for online printers. Their add-on fees and upsales can be a little tricky as they create add-on fees for some things the rest of the industry does inclusive with pricing (like uploading a logo). Their website is smart and offers you really low prices on your first visit and then jacks up the price on reorders and return visits after your initial orders. Pay attention to their list prices (not their sale prices) if you are looking for a printer with whom you would like to have a long-term relationship.
