Disgusting service

Booked tickets to darts final as Christmas present, 4 days before event sent me email cancelling my tickets and even though now two weeks after I booked tickets there are more expensive tickets available on their site they won't pay any extra. Where is their ticket guarantee?

I bought tickets for a Barcelona FC match; they were expensive with additional costs for administration and delivery, despite being e tickets. They provided the wrong tickets and then created huge obstacles to prevent me selling them on. An absolute con!

Was selling 2 x Amit Utopia 2016 tickers in singapore. However, organiser decide to shut off the section thus I am unable to provide the seating ticket that I have posted up. Received email from viagogo mentioned that I will be charged SGD46.04 for the cancellation of the tickets on the 21/12/2015. Emailed them immediately and told them that I could send them the email from the organiser regarding the decision to shut of the section. NO REPLY & bank statement reflect the deduction. NOTE: Organiser did the cancellation of seating, NOT me. Please practice some flexibility and be more understanding to different situation, not charging every user when u have a chance to. Really reflect very badly on ur company sales tectics.

On 1st December My Madonna tickets were cloned. I was reissued new tickets to then be told by O2 that they had been closed. On 2nd I was promised a full refund and have not received it. 15 emails and 4 phone calls later I'm still no closer to getting my refund. I have even been refused a phone call from a supervisor. Do not use this company. And absolute disgrace!

I bought tickets for Bolshoi Theater and overpaid just to have the security of international site.
They didn't ship the tickets and they did not reply to any of my 4 online queries. This lack respect, professionalism and quality of service. I would never buy any ticket for any country in the world from this site! I would pay double, but never have to do anything with this company!

Very very bad!

Hi. I bought ticket for MAMA Mnet Asian Music Award 2015 from viagogo and would like to say very disappointed with the service! Not only the ticket price is more expensive,
After few fuss about the ticket delivery which when I booked they say can send to me in Melbourne Australia and will be there on time before the event which cost me around AU$45. At the end viagogo sent to my hotel in Hong Kong which should cost AU$8 and also quite last minute and risky. I requested for refund for delivery fee and viagogo said that normal handling fee which clearly is not true! I then email again but they choose to ignore me.
I'd say i am very very distressed about this experience and never wanted to deal with viagogo again!
Please improve your service.

FAKE TICKETS

My 21yo uni son bought 2 tickets online with Viagogo for Taylor Swift at Suncorp Stadium last night, december 5. It was an early Xmas gift for his girlfriend and he saved hard to raise the money. THEY WERE NOT LET IN. OTHER PEOPLE WERE IN THEIR SEATS. THEY HAD JUST DRIVEN ALMOST 2 HOURS TO GET THERE. NO HELP FROM ANYONE, JUST TURNED AWAY... ANGRY AND WANT COMPENSATION

Fake Ticket

I was just refused entry to the Taylor Swift concert in Brisbane. Tickets were fake. Ticketek staff told me to report to the police. So disappointed and angry. Don't ever trust Viagogo!

Viagogo stole money from my account. No idea how. When I complained at least 6 times they refused to look into this. I wrote to my bank and they refunded the amount. If this was one of us we would be in court for not returning money we took from someone. No apology or anything whatsoever. No UK address was given to me as I asked about court action 3 times. They just point blank refused to give me an address. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU SELL OR BUY WITH THIS COMPANY.

We bought tickets to travel from NZ to Australia to see Taylor Swift. Paid AUD$298.00 per ticket to sit in the front rows. On arrival found we were sitting 1/2 was back in the stadium and could hardly see Taylor. The tickets were emailed to us two days before leaving and now see on the ticket that they were only worth AUD$169. This company is a scam.

I ordered tickets for the Italy v England rugby match in Rome on 14th Feb. Originally my tickets were to be delivered to my hotel (as we arrive on the Wednesday before the game which is on Sunday), however, this was changed and the tickets were delivered as e-Tickets to my email. It was by fluke that I noticed that the e-Tickets were not for the seats that I ordered. My original order was for 2 tickets in Section BS, the e-Tickets were for Section BD which is two sections further away from the centre of the pitch and right in the very corner of the pitch. After numerous attempts to get a suitable response from Viagogo through their website I tried telephoning and surprise, surprise both the numbers that I tried had automated responses. YOU CAN'T TALK TO VIAGOGO. This has been going on since November 4th and I haven't had a single communication from them for around 3 weeks. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG TICKETS AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN TOTALLY SPOILING MY 1ST TRIP TO ROME.

Don't go to viagogo

Purchased 2 tickets for Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett, costing £290.00!. The show was cancelled! Viagogo refuse to give a refund. Very rude customer service team who advised several times that a manager would call me back... but no one ever did!

My wife purchased 3 tickets months ago, and now today, just days before the concert, no tickets are now available. How can that be when they are guaranteed.
We are so disappointed as we have done $664 and now no tickets are available.

I bought tickets to a concert and over the phone was told that the cheaper tickets were sold out. I accepted this and bought tickets that were twice the price. When the tickets were emailed to me a couple of days before the event, I saw the price on them was the original price. They as a company bought them and inflated the price before it was passed onto me. DISGUSTING! Never use them!

I saw £28 as a ticket and it stated a child ticket. I was charged £40 but it was a ticket for someone else in another name for £10! Luckily I changed my ticket thanks to a nice and helpful employee of Viagogo face to face at their office at the 02.

They refer you to their Terms and conditions which don't reference a seller ever being charged fees! I got charged $80 which is more than the ticket price! No customer service number no replies automated generic responses! Stay away from them!

Terrible customer service

I am traveling to London from the US next week, and I bought a ticket for the tournament through Viagogo. UPS was inexplicably unable to deliver it and claimed delivery was refused (but those on site at the address I provided say no delivery was attempted), and without attempting to contact me, the ticket was returned to sender. When I contacted Viagogo about how to resolve the situation so that I received the ticket, I received an absolutely infuriating response that Viagogo had fulfilled their obligations. I tried contacting Viagogo by phone and was unable to reach live customer service. Be very wary of using this company.

Purchased tickets for Neil Diamond Brisbane 5/11/2015 the tickets did not scan as valid at the entry of the concert. If it had not been for the generous attitude of an employee at the venue the 4 tickets I purchased would have been a huge waste of money. I paid 4 times what the original value of the ticket was, which I found out when the tickets arrived, and travelled from a distance which added to the cost of the night. A close shave and never to be repeated as I would never use this site again.

Absolutely disgusted.

Apparently "sold" tickets to ACDC in Brisbane for concert on 12/11/2015 and was contacted at an unreasonable hour at night to say that I had not correctly uploaded the e-tickets.

I expressed that everything had uploaded correctly on my end and that it is an issue for their site. Their response was that I needed to forward the tickets to them again.

I told them to delete the order and that nothing would be forwarded. I cannot call the company back, nor are they responding to my emails.

I am concerned that it did work in the first place & now someone is going to show up & I will receive no profits for the tickets.

Pieces of $#@!. Never use them.
