Bought tickets to Taylor Swift in Brisbane and the tickets I downloaded are not real. They told me they would fix it and now 1 week later no response to a number of messages.

Still have a ongoing battle to get money out of viagogo for double priced tickets, such scammers, massive booking fee delivery fee, tickets were $159.00 Aussie dollars total cost comes to $770.60, so it's illegal to sell tickets here about 10% of face value price... please explain your seedy business... bunch of rip off merchants!

The banks aren't getting my money back and the scammers keep scamming, I"ve reported them to a few place that don't seem to care and to Scamwatch in Australia. Also I whinge to Facebook saying they should take them off as they are criminals. Not happy! Meanwhile more and more people are being ripped off.

Booked 5 tickets for the Vamps as a treat for our daughter and 2 friends. Only 2 tickets turned up. We were told 2 days before the concert that the other 3 tickets were not available anymore! In total the tickets cost over £209. We were refunded £114 but after a lot of emailing on our part. We were promised a full refund and compensation. This did not happen. We were left with 3 very upset little girls. Still waiting for £99 back which I doubt we will ever see. DONT USE THEM.

I made a ticket booking earlier this year for a concert in Japan. When I received the ticket today, realized the ticket pricing only Yen9800 when I paid Yen*******+service+delivery charge. I felt cheated and very disappointed.

This site is a scam. They present themselves as any other ticketing business, but in fact the tickets you buy are of much less value than you paid. When you complain they say 'we are a marketplace, that's the price you agreed to pay' So you are not buying from the actual ticketing business, you are buying through Viagogo, an intermediary. In my case they charged me $519 for tickets which actually cost $319 (the price is printed on the tickets AFTER you have paid).

I tried to sell tickets online, then managed to sell them to a friend, at the same time someone bought them online, and I cancelled it within the 24hours notice, however Viagogo claimed that I still owed them €26 for not being able to supply the tickets, meanwhile the person downloaded the tickets and used them, and I was not paid for them, so I had my tickets used and had to pay €26. The customer service are claiming that they can do nothing, which is not accetable. Do not use this website to sell your tickets, sell them on another site, or advertise on Facebook.

I purchased one direction tickets in December 2015 and after chasing deliver yesterday I was informed that my seller could not get the tickets to me in time for the concert. Blimey really after having my money all £278 of it for 10 months you are now telling me 6 days before the event I cant have them. I was asked to meet the seller to collect the tickets myself! Really I have to meet some stranger with my 10 year old daughter to collect tickets I purchased last year. Anyway tried to call and email with no luck... an absolute joke and my little girl has been let down... totally gutted!

Viagogo just do not want to know. I am 69 years old and thought concession meant just that but I mistakenly bought child tickets for tennis ATP finals, Weeks of email and automated phone calls. They were only concerned in confirming that I made the mistake but no aid or customer help at all. Just told to resell on their sight. Also I did not realise these were resale tickets already. Just people buying and selling for profit. I can ill afford to lose £122 but I can warn others to be careful and avoid this website

Dear event lovers,

I paid for 2 tickets for the concert Florence and the Machine & The Staves and for delivery 3 months ago. My home address (Europe Union, not some tree outside the map) has never changed, but first they realized, they cannot send tickets (3 weeks before event), as the organizer not assured them yet. OK, I understand, but the system allowed me to enter that date.

When I explained that I'm at my home address additional 2 weeks, the agony started. Despite numerous communication (information and explanation from me and mostly PR answers from Viagogo), still don't know if I go to the concert, if I will get the money back...

The last excuse (by telephone and their e-mail) is, that organizer could not send me tickets to my home address. I live in the center of the capital city (again - European Union countries). 5 days ago Viagogo employee assured me now tickets will go on their way... Nothing new in my "Track your order".

My joy for concert is completely gone. So dear music lovers, just don't. If I only knew that earlier. :( :( :(

Hello Ray, thanks for asking. I sent few questions 4 days ago (about possibilities for picking up the tickets for my host and shipping cost refund) and again I got just usual "copy paste" text with no aswers. After all this will be worked out I will be more than happy to update my review, so far...

**UPDATE** It is less than 48 hours till the concert and I still don't have tickets. I got email that tickets were delivered but my host in London assured nothing came. VIAGOGO WILL I EVER SEEN THIS CONCERT? Last month I am dealing with this almost every day and also in my holiday time but still have nothing. Frustrating! I am on my vacation and totally anxious because of this.:(

I got tickets day before event but even 2 days before it there was so many problems and complications, that this was my last time with Viagogo. To be fair have also say, that they did gave me refund for shipping cost after all this mess. Viagogo, you have plenty of chances to improve your service.

Do not buy tickets from this pathetic unprofessional so called organization. After completing all the steps to purchase my ticket which included giving my personal information and credit card details. The website showed a confirmation and also a confirmation number and said that the electronic tickets would be sent shortly. 8 hours later i received an email to say that my ticket was cancelled and i would not be charged and i would be refunded. That's great that I'm getting refunded but of no help because i still have no ticket! Worst of all no explanation as to why! I pudchased another ticket as i thought that perhaps somebody bought mine at the same time and this is why mine was cancelled. It also went through the whole process of getting my personal details and agaon payment and i noticed that proudly on every screen it said "all tickets are 100% guaranteed. Buy with confidence..."
24 hours had passed and it was the day of the game and still no tickets but i checked my bank statement account and surely enough they hadn't refunded the original ticket and they had now taken 2 payments from me. A 3rd angry enquiry later and they finally responded with a very vague response that i had not met security criteria. So what does that entail exactly and if i failed to meet this criteria in the first place why take my credit card payment for. Absolute frauds and poor business practice with even more pathetic customer service and no communication skills. 100% ZERO GUARANTEE is what they should boast on every step of attempting to buy some tickets that do not exist! Do not deal with viagogo

Awful scam company
In December 2014 I purchased 2 tickets to see Metallica in Sweden for August 2015. 2 days before the flight VIAGOGO email me to say the tickets I brought are not available but they can offer me standing golden circle and 100euro voucher for their website. Now the tickets I purchased totalled around £500 golden circle 2 days before were selling for £170! If I had accepted the offer VIAGOGO would have made £330! I ended up cancelling the tickets and re buying golden circle as this is all that was left. For a further kick in the teeth the exchange rate is different so I lost another £50 when the refund happened. VIAGOGO response is that it's not their problem and they will offer no compensation. They need to be stopped. Plus their staff cannot even do basic math
