My tickets were fake. They arrived with different names, different credit information and different prices that are well below what I was charged - $35.50 per ticket x 2 = $71; however, I was charged $391.87.

This site is a scam. There is no one to speak to or contact. There a loop on the website and Twitter page that continue to link you to nothing.

I now have a 12 year old daughter in tears. I hope you get what you deserve and have to pay back everyone you have stolen from.

I tried to sell my ticket to tomorrowland festival. Registered it. My ticket was bought by someone (of course, they don't disclose the name of the buyer and there is no way to contact him). At the time I only had the electronic ticket on me, my actual ticket has not been sent to me yet. I contacted viagogo asking to not send me my ticket, but forward it directly to the buyer. They said that it doesn't work that way, I need to receive my ticket and send it to buyer myself. My ticket was supposed to arrive on July 13th. On July 12th I receive an email from them saying that my transaction was cancelled and they charged me $30 for not sending my ticket on time. So, I paid for the ticket, I paid for trying to sell it through them, and on top of that I paid $30 for them not being able to send it to me on time. All my transactions disappeared from my account and I they have NO CONTACT PHONE and NO EMAIL and I can't submit any questions about my ticket in the system because it's not there anymore.

This company are scammers, plain and simple. I was looking at Ed Sheeran tickets, put two in my basket, by the time it got to check out, which is after you put your bank details in the price had tripled. I clicked cancel, a drop down menu asked why, i clicked that the prices had gone up and closed the window... They have taken £480 for two tickets without my consent.
The tickets wont be valid either as my name wont be on them... check out twitter and facebook for 100's in the same boat, some have lost three times what i have... SCUM

Open, asPLEASE DONT USE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I've brought 2 tickets for the Golf Open, as a present for Fathers Day. But my husband and father could not go to the event as they had a competition on the same day.

So, at the time I didn't know that I needed an E-ticket.so I SOLD the tickets. And then tried to download an E-Ticket... but soon realised. I had NOTHING to down load.?

So I could not send any TICKETS to the buyer. Who had brought them off me.
No monies was exchanged from the buyer to me.( as you don't get paid till after the event) but I had paid for them in the first place.

So over 10 messages, and looking on FAQs to find out why No -E-Ticket?. To get automated reply's saying you need to send the E-Ticket.?
I stated I cannot send what I don't have.!

**warning. States on website if you don't send E-tickets Viagogo CAN CHARGE YOU as well.

So now in a position. Where. I cant send them. Any e-tickets?. I will lose the sale. And I have lost my money £171.00!. They are based outside the EU, SO THE TRADING STANDARDS. Cannot do anything. They are based in Swaziland.
And you cannot reach them via phone. I've tried..

Do not use please, you will get ripped off big time, they pay to be top of the search engine then have an almost non existent customer service, whose staff were rude to say the least, I have reported them to my bank as having fraudulently taking money for tickets that never appeared! Its simple just do not use this company and ready all the reviews as proof they can not be trusted just because they are on the internet! Terrible

I sold a Depeche mode ticket two months ago, but after the date of the concert was told that the buyer was not allowed entrance to the venue with my ticket, so not only will i not be paid, but I will also need to pay a fine! Considering that the ticket was 100% real and I had bought it myself, this did not sound right. Little did I know that trying to contact Customer service at Viagogo is slow death. After receiving a template answer to my issue, I was three times referred to a new agent, who started communicating with me from scratch, as if nothing was logged in their system. Luckily, I did not get any additional fees to pay, but I know I will never again use this absolute scam of a service.

I do not know where to start!
First, i was charged very expensive administrative fees which they did not mention while i was doing my booking. When i finalize my purchase i saw the extra charge.
Second on the confirmation they said ''your ticket will be delivered and someone will need to sign for your delivery'' for this service they charged me £9.95 plus VAT. By the end the send me a link to download the ticket and print it myself.
Third and the most serious, I booked my ticket in January 2017 for a concert in July 2017 -U2 London. Now three days before the concert they notify me that the seller is unable to provide the ticket and they are offering a replacement in a different category offering a refund of £70.
They have ruined the experience and no money can make it up!
PS: I hope to get the refund as i am not sure anymore... will see :(( ((((

The ticket price was showing £58 in the middle of the purchase when I saw it is charging finally £85.35 I didn't go through and canceled the purchase, then survey form popped up to ask why cancelling then I have completed the option ticket price is different to purchase price. Later I found in the bank statement it has taken £85.35 which they charged in euro 96.09. If same thing happens to you call your bank to dispute the transaction and report against the website.
