First and last purchase

Purchased a set of $600.00 tickets and had a question three days before concert. Tried calling Viagogo each day several times. Each time phone call would go through, be put on hold with music for a minute or so, then would disconnect me. Missed concert. Purchased tickets from other venders that were there to help you with a problem

We bought tickets for Maroon 5 with Leon Bridges opening in May of 2021. The night before the concert (tonight), I went in to print the tickets. Our tickets were never released (we paid $300). To make matters worse, I went out to read about the concert and found that Leon Bridges isn't even opening for Maroon 5. When I called customer service to ask about our tickets and why Leon Bridges is still listed as opening for Maroon 5, I got a sympathetic person who assured me I would get an email solving the issue. Within minutes, I received an email saying they can't help me. I call back in, furious. I ask for a manager. The person assures me she will have a manager call me. I hang up, and immediately receive an email saying they're so sorry they cannot help me any further with this matter. Case closed. No tickets. The concert doesn't even exist. But they are still selling tickets for this concert less than 24 hours before the event is to occur. I have gone to many many concerts, never experienced anything like this.

Rip off... warning

Totally over inflated prices... charge to card was more than advertised. Tried to cancel, didn't respond to emails or calls.
Accepted I'd have to just live with it... along came covid. All blacks game cancelled. Viagogo refused refund... instead telling me to onsell to tickets to cancelled event. Refused to accept any calls... very hard to email. This is all despite them not even having the tickets to sell me in the first place. Total rip off. I involved my bank who disputed on my behalf... they managed to open dispute against viagogos bank via visa. I eventually got my 600 dollars back...
Never ever trust viagogo and will never deal with them again... nightmare.

They are masters at double talking and hang up on you.

Tickets though viagogo

Bought tickets for a Veronica's concert and at the venue I found out that the tickets are fake and that the coast is more than double from the actual tickets. I had to buy new tickets for the actual half price and of course Viagogo won't refund anything and won't take any calls and email communication is very poor.
Please avoid buying tickets from Viagogo, makes me so angry that many people get ripped off and that they still operating

I didn't realise that Google, countless thousands of people and the world already know that Viagogo have practises that are unethical, do not supply tickets and then refuse to refund. But I am the latest victim of this scam. PLEASE don't use this company. We bought tickets to see Royal Blood on 21 July, I was told the tickets had been sent to an app (they mentioned a whole series of apps and this kept changing when they just weren't there) they then told me that they could "see the tickets" to which I said it would be great if I could actually 'see' the tickets given that I'd paid £300 for a pair that have a face value of £34.50. But now, having caused much distress to me and my family, taking hours of time from my work and life and deeply disappointing my son they now say that will NOT refund the tickets. They dont really reply to email either - it's just a generic thing and the pressure in on ME to collate the evidence and make a complaint although there is no mechanism to process this and once the time of the gig is passed you cant use their phone line either. I wont rest until I get an apology and a full refund/ Please don't use this company!

I bought in February 2 concert tickets. Strangely, I didn't know Viagogo so I didn't know it was a non official selling tickets platform. Although the tickets were much more expensive, because of the lockdown, I just thought venues increased their prices. I received my tickets electronically and noticed the name of Andrew Newman. When looking closer, I saw the T&C which forbid to resell tickets or they become void and you're refused entry to the premises. I contacted Viagogo to ask for refund. They've been refusing for the last 5 months coming with various excuses. They claim that all the information were given before I bought the tickets which is obviously not true. Why would I buy tickets that I can't use. I since then joint the Facebook group Victims of Viagogo( yes, it's so bad that there is a group) and the amount of victims is heartbreaking. I am lucky as it's just £140 but for some it's thousands of pounds they lost. For your information, Andrew Newman is a famous Scottish tout that buy tickets and resell them at a much higher price on Viagogo. He makes millions on the back of people. Viagogo should be shut but some companies like Google get lots of money from them. Avoid at all cost.

Ik zou met mijn opa naar een EUFA wedstrijd gaan op 26 juni 2021... ik had deze deze ticket al in de maand April gekocht en betaalde daar 275 euro voor... De 2 tickets zouden 3 dagen voor de wedstrijd worden verzonden...
In deze 3 dagen heb ik geen tickets gehad... niet per mail... niet per post... en ook niet via de EUFA app... In deze 3 dagen heb ik meerdere malen gebeld en toen waren ze niet bereikbaar... pas 15 min voordat de wedstrijd begon kreeg ik 1 medewerker aan de telefoon... Er is mij meerdere malen excuses aangeboden... er is mij toegezegd mijn geld terug te storten... hier heb ik ook een email van... net weer 45 min aan de telefoon gezeten en weer wordt ik afgescheept... geen geld... geen wedstrijd... geen tickets... en een teleurgestelde opa van 78... ik laat het hier niet bij zitten... probeer via een rechtszaak mijn recht te halen... dus bedenk u voordat u bij dit bedrijf tickets besteld... wees gewaarschuwd... houd jullie op de hoogte... wordt vervolgt... d. Scam

Total rip-off. They display prices in the currency of your choice then invoice in another without showing the conversion. A 25% surcharge in my case. No customer service except to write a bunch of crap.

We bought tickets for an Eagles concert in August 2020 which was postponed due to Covid19. We were then told it was cancelled in June 2021. Viagogo offered a voucher worth 115% of the ticket price, clearly that want you to take this and trying to insist we do so by saying the date to request a refund has passed and that it will take "several months" to refund our money. All you get is sstock email replies, no way to get through to tthe help desk. Every review I have read about this company is terrible, there are lawsuits against them. Do not buy from these people. They are unscrupulous and dishonest.

They need to create a better system when a seller backs out on purchased tickets. I purchased amazing seats in January and they came back over 6 months later and said my tickets are no longer valid as the seller backed out. So they gave me an option to sit in the way back in the "LAWN" section of a Morgan Wallen concert. They need to have a better plan in place for those whose sellers back out. I would NEVER EVER recommend you purchase tickets through this company. They do not look out for you. Not in your best interest to work with them.

Bought Steely Dan tix from Viagogo. Show is postponed from June 6,2021 to May 28,2022. Steely Dan's website says ticket holders can get a refund. Viagogo would have to go through Tickmaster to get the refund but refuses to do so. In fact to show how inept Viagogo is even after I contacted them about the date change they still send notices that the show is June 6,2021.

2 weeks before start of the tournament still No refund (I have tried since January2021)... in fact tell me to re sell to a limited capacity game and possible quarantine... Oh and yes I live in the U. S so travel this year was never going to be a possibility... 1200 euros wasted VIAGOGO total crooks

Please don't trust Viagogo. They are not trustworthy and in case of crisis they won't help you. All fees are hidden too until the very end. In case of cancelled event they send you 1 email that you can request refund and if you don't respond in 24 hrs they will send you voucher so you can buy different event at different time. Very bad, very bad

I bought tickets for Oktoberfest 2021 in Munich. The event organizer announced the event cancellation on May 3rd, 2021 It is now May 13, I have called and emailed 8 times asking for a refund and provided proof from the event organizer that Oktoberfest 2021 is canceled. They are refusing to refund me. I also never received tickets since the event is canceled btw. Viagogo does not follow their posted refund policy and does everything possible to keep your money. Find another ticket broker - Viagogo is not to be trusted

Horrible Customer Service! I bought tickets for an In This Moment concert which was set for may 2020 and it has been MONTHS before they processed a refund, apparently they do not have the technology to do this like the rest of the technological world. And now to get a refund I have to either have PayPal - which i don't - or save my banking information on their site? If they can't process a refund why on EARTH would I give them my banking information to SAVE? I tried calling and can't reach a human - my order ID is no longer valid and they just hung up when I put it in. I will never be using their services again and encourage others to do the same as they just want to keep your money and not help you at all.

Total SCAM

I paid for tickets and they sent tickets from the last year. They said the tickets were still good and refused to send me tickets with the correct date. I was driving 8 hours and get a hotel to go to a concert that had the incorrect date and year! This company is a scam! Do not get screwed like I did.
