Utterly abysmal, incompetent, unprofessional service. Customer service non existent!
Paid £372 for killers tickets in Dublin in 2019. Concert postponed to June 2022.
Absolutely impossible trying to get tickets from them. Can't plan flights or accommodations!
Wasted hours upon hours trying to contact or resolve issue with no success. Stonewalling and time wasters. I don't hold out hope of getting tickets or refund. BE WARNED, UNRELIABLE, UNCONTACTABLE DON'T BUY FROM THESE!

Stay well away! Sold tickets on here week before christmas for an event on the 8th Jan. Sent original tickets which buyer received Christmas Eve. 24hrs before the event, viagogo told me transaction was cancelled and buyer was returning my tickets. Buyer returned my tickets 4 days after the event had happened! I then got a message saying that the transaction was all going ahead and there was no issues. Spoke to their rubbish customer service who told me they had discretion to cancel the sale because the buyer was unwell and I won't be charged or receive any money. Absolute disgrace. Looked at their terms and conditions which says no sale can be cancelled unless the event is cancelled. All sales are legally binding. They quite clearly are not. They make up their terms and conditions as they go! So now I have no money and the event has already gone ahead which I couldn't attend because the buyer still had my tickets! Whatever you do…. DO NOT USE THEM TO SELL TICKETS ON! If I could have given them no stars I would have.

Double priced tickets and no refund, when u call the customer support the say policy, what a policy is that!

@Ticket. Viagogo has the worst customer service. I have bought tickets to Chelsea vs Liverpool game scheduled on Jan 2 2022 at a premium price since they claim they offer 100% money back guarantee. On Dec27 we received our tickets months after ordering but we decided not to travel to UK due to COVID and wanted to relist the tickets but there is a glitch on their website which will not let me list them
I have called their customer support which goes to an offshore location they give me a BS answer that they are escalating but nothing has happened. I have lost 2 days that i could have used to sell the tickets.
This is very unprofessional behaviour, I will never trust this company and will never recommend them

Viagogo is a scam company! I recommed never ever using it. There are no refubds. They use mileading publicity (you do not know in whcih currency are you doing business) I boght 2 tickets thinking that I was paying in Mexican pesos but was US dollars! And I paid a exorbitant price for 2 tickets. There are no refunds. The only soluction that they proposed is to resell your tickets and pay you until 8 days after the event.It is a really nighmare and by far the worst experience in buying tickets. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE IT! They are not serious and reliable. SCAMMERS!

I purchased my tickets one week ago and then realized after I went to review my email, I had been scammed. I still don't have the seat numbers for the show. It is a disgrace, I have since seen countless people who are out way more than me, so many broken hearts.

In the photos, I went to try and purchase more to see where I failed. Well, you don't get a choice of how the tickets are delivered. I paid $3.50 to receive them by email. They say now, I will get them Jan 29. It is a mess.

I paid this "legitimate" reselling service $180 for a fake ticket. I was turned away from the concert at the door. Really disappointing

I bought a ticket for my daughter whos in on the spectrum, she loves this group so I had to get her a ticket. The concert was in LA and we are from SF Bay area. I was getting everything prepared for the trip and was looking for the ticket that they said they had sent. I emailed them on Monday, the concert was on following Saturday. I told them that I still hadnt received the ticket. They wanted me to show proof that I didnt receive the ticket. I was like how am I supposed to show you proof of something I dont have? I called every day until I figured out that they sent the ticket to the wrong email address even though it was typed correctly in my account. I was supposed to get a call from one of the managers that I never got. Finally when they sent me the link to get the ticket, it was received by someone else. The seller sold the ticket to someone else, they never had the ticket on hand, basically you are hoping that the seller that has the ticket is honest. No refund yet after 5 days and no call, just waiting in limbo at the moment.

I bought tickets for an event that was rescheduled. However I never received a notice that the event date changed. When I tried to get my money back or updated tickets I was told by Viagogo's customer service team that I had to provide proof that the event date was rescheduled or relist the tickets. Relisting the tickets were not an option when the tickets purchased have a now past date on them. Now I am in limbo trying to see what can be done without much help form Viagogo. The only thing that can be done is asking the original seller to send updated tickets, and of course I have no access to who this seller might be. Basically Viagogo acts as a middle man between a seller and buyer. When things go wrong they can do little to rectify the situation. DO NOT USE! You are better off buying directly from the venue or a reputable ticket vendor.

I bought from them a ticket to a concert, only to find out later that the location is change (i found out this info in 1 min by calling he location because something seemed off). They couldn t bother to do it

In the end i t was a whole hassle for which i paid a lot of money

I made the mistake of looking for tickets on viagogo. Once I saw the final price I carefully backed out. They bought the tickets for me on my card anyway for $3,500 and won't give me my money back. They will resell the tickets for another fee. So even though I didn't buy the tickets they will pick up@$1,000 in the transaction. They belong in jail. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, BACK AWAY AND RUN.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. They will sell you tickets that once they arrive state the name of someone else and the important line THESE TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Then hide behind their terms and Conditions that even your credit company CAPITAL One in this case will stand by. Like other reviews I have been totally shafted as we could not get into the gig and are now £300 out of pocket.

ORDER # ******* $269.00 2 tickets purchased for Alex Benjamin for Oct, 2 2021 in Wash DC. Organizer Eventbrite confirmed tickets are fraudulent and not in their data base and we were denied entry at the door! Actual price for the ticket is $39 ea. And no seating Viagogo told us our tickets are for premium seating. Check Facebook and other websites tens of thousands had gotten scammed by this Scammers. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I purchased tickets to EDC Las Vegas in April 2021. First off, the cost was double the face value but I bought them bc I thought tickets were sold out on the EDC website.
Flash foward to the week of EDC... two days before the festival, I hadn't received the tickets.
I called the 24/7 customer service number and assured me tix would be mailed "tomorrow " and I might get them on day 2 of the festival... meaning I will miss the first day.

The next day I called to confirm and they hadn't mailed them yet, but they would "tomorrow ".
By this time I am pretty livid and they offered no responsibility nor resolution to the missing tickets.

On one of the last calls with these people, which would be call #7 or #8, they said they would "email" our tickets today.
If you know EDC, the tickets are wristbands. Which cannot be "emailed".

The morning of Festival Day 1 we tried calling them as one last hail mary. No one answered. We tried several times calling... no one answered.

The only thing that saved us from losing $1400 was calling our credit card company to dispute the charge. That was the easiest thing to do in this whole process.

The cc rep also said they have had the same numerous issues with this comapny, Viagogo.

Please avoid them at all costs!

If I could give this website a 0, or even a negative I would! I bought tickets over 6 months before the concert, and they emailed me 2 days before the concert saying "we will be unable to provide your tickets, please pick a different one" because of this, I was upgraded from the upper level to pit. I was so excited and couldn't wait to get my tickets. Then, after 2 days of emailing and calling them back and forth trying to understand why my tickets weren't coming through, they assured me they had the tickets and I would get them. It wasn't till an hour before I was supposed to leave for the concert that I got an e-mail saying I was issued a refund. I called them and I was met with rude service, being unhelpful and basically telling me it was "my problem now since they refunded me" (It's been 2 days now and I still haven't gotten my refund). So, because of viagogo, I thought I had tickets for 6 months, then I got false hope that I would be in the pit, then I was unable to go to my concert at all. PLEASE never use viagogo you will just be let down!

I purchased tickets from here without doing more research!
Guys please do not buy anything from them
