I purchased a Popski jacket and it came as beautiful as pictured and fit perfectly. I did have an issue with the website when ordering and had to call. For their part they delivered quickly and beautifully. However the delivery system used for the U. S DHL is to be avoided at all cost as they lost my package and could not find it. I eventually did find it.
Still waiting on my refund. The "brand experts" are not educated about high quality designer goods. Cannot trust them to authenticate, nor to thoroughly do their job reviewing purchases to check they match descriptions of things like size and color. Horrible customer service. They just cover up their mistakes and pass the buck. Vestiare, feel free to contact me, I am happy to change my mind when you do the right thing and refund me. I ordered size 38 EU trainers and got size 37 EU trainers. It's not an opinion, it's a fact. Stop falsely claiming golden goose sizes are IT sizing, it's EU sizing. And even if it was IT sizing, those shoes were advertised as EU 38, so your claim is invalid.
This is one of the few resale sites that are very professional fast and friendly, every order is authenticated and verified condition.

I love how's vestiaire check everything before the items ship out, the only thing is when buyer send the offer, they always don't pay because of the custom and duty shipping fee, that's very disappointed, I think I experienced more than 50 offers that end up don't pay. Other than that, I think vestiaire is very good
I recently purchased a jacket, after negotiating with the consignor she agreed to my offer. Several days later after payment had been made, I was notified by Vestiaire that the jacket was no longer available and they refunded my purchase (plus a $15 gift certificate - wow, on a $1500 purchase, nice touch!
It's been about a month, and since I still want this jacket brand I have continued my search - lo and behold, the jacket has been relisted, yes, same consignor, for a higher price!
I contacted Vestiaire (whom you cannot call) and they never responded. I don't trust them and certainly don't like their pricing structure. Absurd amounts for customs. Don't waste your time!

If you buy from this website be careful, I paid extra for authentication of the bag which arrived with a broken strap making it unwearable it was also in much poorer condition than described and was poorly packaged. I sent multiple photos and videos and requested a refund of the full amount, I was than told to send it back for "reinspection" I sent it back but was told it matched the description despite it being clear it did not. They than sent it back with the strap loupes missing when I complained they said that they werr not missing they than sent me pictures of the bag being packaged which clearly showed them missing. After losing faith in the process I was able to uses my evidence to claim chargeback through my bank. I would urge anyone to do the same if you are going to buy from here and I would recommend you don't, ensure you keep records and pay through PayPal or on credit card to ensure you have a good claims procedure with your bank"

I sold an item, the buyer then changed her mind and wanted me to cancel, I told her this will impact my account negatively so I can't do that as it will remove my rating as an expert seller. The buyer then indicated that she might find something wrong with the purchase and would report me.
I reached out to VC customer service for help how I can protect myself from a buyer who might damage or switch the items. They don't even read your messages, I got 2 replies, one to send them a screenshot where the buyer tried to finish the transaction outside of VC, that was NOT the issue, so I wrote pack, repeating again I am asking how I can safeguard myself. I get another reply that I should provide a screen shot with the insult. See attached pictrues.
This is unbelievable, a support staff that doesn't even read what you write to them, how much trust can I have if a buyer is dishonest? They are taking a generous commission, as a seller I want a website that protects me and the buyer, if they are just sending auto replies, I have very little faith! Got scammed. Just bought a bag described as black and it was navy. Seller passed the buck and vestiaire ruled in their favor. Bag was clearly navy. I took good pictures outdoors. I got screwed and don't recommend this site. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone not to. The stuff they sell isn't cheap and this is unacceptable.

I had read all the reviews online and proceeded with caution - eventually found my dream back and hesitated before purchasing but at an 1/8th at the cost it was in all honesty a no loose situation. Now ill mention that as most second hand or online market places Vestiaire do not like buyers and sellers discussing "other payment options" my personal opinions on this are irrelevant as i had read and agreed to their rules prior to signing up - however the language barrier between Vestiaries employees, sellers and buyers alike and despite their best efforts to provide universal translations sometimes the most benign discussions can seem like your up to something. Anyhoo I had made my purchase and then could not contact the vendor. I died a little - mostly because at that stage I had not told my partner about the new addition to the family and wasn't prepared to admit i may have been scammed. That been said i ( while aging 10 years every 5 minutes) got onto Vestiaire's customer support chat and the issue was solved in minutes- with my heart rate back to normal I waited for my delivery. My bag arrived on time and better than expected! I cant speak highly enough of the site but as with all marketplaces you have to be aware. Their fees are high and being in Australia we don't pay "tax" on luxury items - however Vestiaire will refund this back to you once received. They have "control and authentication " fees aswell but if you have proof of purchase these fees are significantly less. As for selling with them- their client base is world wide. It means more chance of selling very quickly- however their cut is quite substantial. Also for the byers protection if the item is not posted within 7 days the buyer gets an automatic refund (and rightly so)
1.The bank charge or whatever it is, is not being reflected on a buyer's invoice. I am shocked for that hidden cost.

I purchased a Chloe coat advertised very clearly and in multiple places as in "new" and "never worn" condition. Coat arrived clearly worn and badly damaged including with one of the arms literally torn open with a large frayed hole. Authenticity is also in doubt. I paid for Vestiaire's "quality control and authentication fee" which claims to match the condition of the item to the condition advertised. Despite weeks of emails and phone calls they refuse to accept a return and, most frustratingly of all, refuse to explain how a "new condition" item can have passed their checks with this level of damage (which I noticed within moments of opening the item). The "expert seller" that I purchased from retains their "expert" status and I have no ability to leave a review of my purchase on the site. I was scammed.

I bought a "never worn " item from this website,
After paying for the item, they charged extrra $11.90 for authentic and quality control, $54.97 for import duties even the value only $400 (we only pay for import duties if the item cost more than $900 follow Australian custom law) and $49.90 for shipping.
I paid for the item on 23/07/2021 and received by 12/08/2021 after 3 weeks wait, I received a dress with defect of 2 tearing holes in linning, discoloured and shrink fabric, I discussed with them and asked a negotiated compensation of partial refund $70 with the reason I don't want to return to them for 2nd time assessment that would take too long to resolved or if they refund me the cost of the item I still loose $115.95 of shipping, quality control and import duties.
They charged authentic and quality control ( the fee that no other apps charged) and they did not do the right job. Besides, they don't want to solve the problem for buyer but keep dragg on.
Bad service, slow shipping and quality control not working affectively, you spend money to shop but got upset after all and did not get the item you buy as description.
I sent an expensive dress using a Vestaire label six weeks ago and I still have not received payment. Vestaire's response to my emails only say they are 'checking into this' but so far there has been no resolution and I have not received payment.
If I can give 0 stars I would. This website is a total scam. The customer support teams that brings you in circles and keeps telling you they will pass the conversation onto someone from the "expert team" will resolve your issue, but no will ever contact you after the chat is closed. HUGE RED FLAG.
Don't trust this platform as a buyer, you will send your expensive items and never get paid! I got passed from one customer support person to the next with nothing ever getting resolved. The buyer is also very frustrated since using their direct shipping tool on their platform, they never got the item.
I sold a very expensive dress and dropped it off at a parcel point as per the Vestaire collective email instructions. The delivery company never picked it up, and had asked to pickup the item that is in Sydney, even though the buyer is located in Melbourne. The devilry team for some reason never picked up the item and I am getting angry messaged from the buyer saying that the parcel is still in Sydney, and I am getting emails from Vestaire saying the parcel is awaiting pickup. Even though the courier never picked it up, and Vestaire collective (who are the only one able to contact them since they have the item). When I contacted the support, the support team member even lied to me saying that the buyer contacted the support team today and said they were picking up the item. (Total lies! Because the buyer contacted me saying that she is unable to pickup the item because the pickup location never changed).
The never got the dress, and I never got paid. The dress is still with the courier and I just lost a very expensive dress which has been unable to be retrieved. I also wasted hours with the customer support team.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. IT IS A SCAM. AND THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR A WORKING CONTACT NUMBER.
Worked with customer service and was able to resolve my issue to the fullest extent. Very happy with the results!
It is impossible to shut off the annoying marketing notifications from the app.
The only solution is to disable all notifications from the app itself, which means missing out on useful notifications such as, an offer has been made on your item, and so on. Really, VC, you receive 20% commission, do you really need to pester people with annoying unsolicited marketing messages?
Also, it is apaprently a policy that VC will not forward on private messages, or alert you in any way, that you have received a message from a buyer. It sits there silently until you happen to log in to the website and come across it by accident. This is ridiculous. Ebay has no problem forwarding private messages to your email, why do you VC? It interferes with buyers and sellers efficiently exchanging information.
Finally, the delivery of the purchase is slowed down by their indirect shipping method, which I'm sure is supposed to add value but in my experience does not. I think it's unecessary and slows down the delivery to the point of it being a painful exercise waiting for your delivery to arrive. Why not let the seller ship directly; in the hopefully rare event that there is a problem, let the buyer return it to VC for review and VC can refund the buyer. The less meddling by the middleman, the better.
Finally, the website does not accept a pdf file as proof of receipt of purchase. Apparently it has to be an image file, but you do not know this until you waste 30 minutes messaging support and trying to find out what is the problem, because the website throws a meaningless "undefined" error message.
I don't see this website staying around for too much longer with these defects in place.
