Seller did not respond to three communications to ship item which I was told was still available upon purchase. I had to resort to contacting Vestiaire for assistance. The result was the item was no longer available. This resulted in over a one week wait which was totally unacceptable when I should have been told the item was unavailable at purchase time.

Bad experience with a return, I received a dress not as you described.the fabric was rough and hard and it was silk but feels wrong, I bought some dresses from you, and no problem but with this Im very dissatisfied, you did not informe about tour inspection, you just put the item on sale again I dont think I wlill be shop from you again, regards!

All items I received were packaged responsibly. Very transparent information given about where the item was in every stage of the process. When something didn't meet authentication parameters, I was notified right away. When an item was no longer available after I had purchased it, I was notified and compensated right away. Excellent service.
VC has sent me garments and bags that were inaccurately portrayed on the website and did not claim responsibility for the obvious mistakes. So a bad belt, bad boots, and 4 bad pairs sneakers later I get this alert to provide feedback.
I find it very difficult with uploading pictures one by one instead just all of them at the same time. Plus no option to post stock photos like on Poshmark to make the listings more appealing ….

I ordered an item on Vestiaire, and when it was being shipped from the seller to Vestiaire it was lost. I waited 3 weeks and received no update about my missing package. I reached out to them, and got a automated customer service agent, that was no help, and told me I could not create a report because it hadn't been long enough, I waited another week, and reached out to them again, finally got a person, but kept receiving automated messages about not responding even though I had responded to all the emails. Still waiting to here back, at this point I wanted my order canceled. Horrible customer service.

For their part they delivered quickly and beautifully. However the delivery system used for the U. S DHL is to be avoided at all cost as they lost my package and could not find it.
