The shipping was very fast from France to the USA. My purchase was in new condition and exceeded my expectations.

I bought a pair of ‘Jimmy Choos' Size 40 on Vestiaire.
When I received them they were at least 2 sizes smaller than genuine Jimmy Choos size 40. When I tried to raise a complaint (3 times) it didn't register. Now I am left with a pair of fake shoes

I think they can offer a better price for shipping, because at the end the authentication fees plus the shipping makes it a lot, they have good prices but not the best prices, also they should only charge one shipping fee when you are buying multiple items or at least when they are all coming from the same country or continent.

Sellers have been courteous and willing to negotiate. Great platform, however, I'm told Sellers are leaving due to Vestiaire's high percentages not charged by other platforms. A decline in Sellers will be a decline in my business.
My experience with Vestaire went very smoothly. The seller answered questions in a timely manner. Once the item was purchased I was kept informed about the authentication process and receive my item in relatively short time. I'll definitely use the website in the future.
