Kept getting the run around on an item that was never delivered and was still showing in transit. I was told by customer service that they needed a copy of my photo ID to even ask the carrier where my item was. MY ID is a military ID and I cannot make copies of it. You also don't need an ID to open a query with a carrier and I went back and forth with the different people who it was escalated to and kept getting the same answer. I gave up and called the carrier myself to find out what the issue was - without any ID required. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars over the past few years with Vestiare, but because of ridiculous and unnecessary rules, I have deleted the Vestiare app and I will no longer purchase from them. All for a pair of earrings worth less than $30.

I was so happy to see that my purse was in better than described condition, it looks new. Also pleasantly surprised that it came with authentication information. I feel safe and know that I can trust your vendors that are so designated. Shipping was fast, and without flair, it could have been packed with more care and style, cheap cardboard box looked overly recycled and was very smashed, lucky that the purse held up to the abuse. Even Omaha steaks are shipped with more style. Honestly I enjoy the unpacking and felt sorry that my beautiful Hermes bag was treated with such contempt.
I am sure this was the vendor's fault but you should establish higher standards for packing and presentation.

Im new to Vestiaire so only have a couple experiences to base this on. I love everything about it except for the buyer being allowed so much time to pick the item up. Then they have like 36 hours after that. Would like to get paid sooner.
