The two pairs of shoes I ordered last year worked out great. However, of the 4 pairs I ordered recently, I have zero pairs of shoes, and cannot even get a refund on the pair of shoes that their team inspected and immediately fell apart during first wear. I lost at least $50 in authentication fees since 2 pairs failed authentication, and the 1 pair *SHOULD HAVE* failed authentication. I have also lost $55 on the actual cost of the shoes that broke immediately during first wear. There is some mystery delay with the 4th pair of shoes, and no projected date when I will get them. And Vestaire Customer Service is refusing to offer me a refund on the broken pair, or even a 15% discount for my next order to make up for all this. That's probably a good thing, because I never want to order from them again. There are plenty of competitors, and you can bet they will be gaining market share with Vestaire's customer service.
The worst experience of my life. They are the shadiest company I've ever experienced. They did everything to sabotage the sale and then used stall tactics for over two months to try and force me to give up. They have no customer service. I had to fight every day for two months to get paid for my sold item. They should not be in business. They should be in jail.

I tried purchasing the same bag twice (Jacquemus Le Ciuciu bag in khaki) both times the purchase said it went through and both times I woke up in the morning and my order was canceled with no reason and no communication. I have the right card, plenty of funds and got all of the information right. There is absolutely no reason why my order should have been canceled. And if there was I should have been told exactly what that reason was. I am very frustrated as I now have three large charges to my credit card for a bag I will never receive (it's being refunded but what a hassle). I've tried reaching out to costumer service many times but they are little to no help at all. I suggest buying your designer goods from literally any other site possible.

The seller I worked with was FANTASTIC, we both agreed to a price but spent days sending offers back and forth because Vestiaire does not use the correct (or consistent) exchange rate between our two currencies. In the end, I paid more, she received less, and Vestiaire/financial partners received way more than they deserved. Customer service was absolutely useless and had no interest in facilitating the sale. And the import fees should have been disclosed somewhere earlier than the final payment page. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

The Vacation Mode did not work for hours after I turned it on. Vestiaire kept sending emails to ship an item I already shipped. The customer service person was exceptionally rude and disconnected from me as I was typing. (Menchie P). I have a few very bad experiences with Vestiaire other than the above mentioned.

The process was very very easy. From purchase to communication to delivery - excellent all around
I sold a Fendi bag with them, and my buyer has received the bag and DHL has also confirmed that the bag has been delivered. However, after a month they have not paid me. They told me that DHL has lost the bag and that is completely a lie because I confirmed with my buyer and she told me she has received the bag. Their customer service is terrible, they will always reply back with no solution and keep telling you the same exact words. It's as if they are using bots to reply back and there is no real associate. They also have no phone numbers which make things even worse. Don't ever use them. They will steal your money.

Believe the reviews... they are real. I wished I have read those reviews before started selling on their platform. They would hold payment without a reason even after the item has been accepted and approved. Customer service kept pushing payment date each time when you reached out.
