I bought a Louis Vuitton Courtney bag AU$1200 it was shipped from Europe to Australia crammed in a cardboard box with no wrapping whatsoever or dust bag... I was so shocked to see it just sitting there crammed in (there was a piece of brown paper on the bottom of the box) it took me two days to get it back in shape and when I contacted the Customer Service chat line I was given the answer 'what do you want me to do about it' I was given no apology or assurance that this would not happen in the future or reason why it was not placed in their companies dust bag at least (which past items I have bought have been) they were shipping this bag from Europe to Australia so they were aware it had to go thousands of kilometres and all they did was shove it in a box it was a miracle it was not damaged... I will not feel safe to buy from this company again as I cannot take the risk of these expensive items being disrespectfully packed without any care or concern
Please give buyers option to opt out of authentication for items under a certain amount. After authentication and 20 dollars shipping on top of that, it makes that $100 item not worth buying. I've found great things on VC but have also passed up on a dozen things due to this.
I have had multiple issues with this company. The last being they did not check or verify a designer pair of shoes. When I received them they were of appalling quality. I looked up the design on the designer website and the design doesn't exist…. I returned the fake shoes. They then advertised the fake shoes under my profile without telling me. I've asked them to take the fake shoes off my profile and refund me and they will not. Time for me to talk to my credit card provider…. This is the third issue I've had with them. I'm out.

My delivery was very fast. The seller is awesome. I even got a hand writtten thank you note. Clothes i ordered are in condition as described. I'm sure i'll come back for more :)
They fool the byer and the seller by charging a conversion fee without telling. Me and the seller discovered when we started chatting about the price. When the seller told me the accepted price in euros I realized I had paid much more in SEK. Vestiaire somehow converted my offer in SEK to a much lower offer in euros. Vestiaire says the difference is a conversion fee applied by "their partner". The conversion fee was 242 euros! You can not find any information about this and when you try to chat about it with Vestiaire the close the chat. First and last time at Vestiaire!

It's easy…Vestiaire is hands down the number one site for fashion. I've been on this site for years and now I only use Vestiaire. The value I get and find with some of the pieces is just insane. It really is! I found my girl a '67 Bond Girl jacket custom made unworn in Italy for like $90. What other site has that as a possibility? That being said the value is great but the unpredictable nature of some of the items you find here really is what separates Vestiaire from the rest. Modern LV and Gucci is cool but vintage 1of 1 items is far cooler. Happy hunting!
I really love and enjoyed selling here, but one thing I don't like is when a buyer offer on the listings ana seller accepted it. It takes days or hours for them to purchased and when you make a listings it will not automatically purchased it takes how many days for them to accept or refused it! But in some features on this app is wonderful!

Many great finds and deals however some sellers just cancel with no word or anything. I know that comes with the resale territory. And because they don't have a real land line it can be hard to get ahold of someone regarding refunds and or other issues. Otherwise I have had good experience.

Seller canceled my order. Which shouldn't be allowed without penalty. Despite completing that purchase I lost the use of a coupon code which saved me some of the expensive fees. Repurchasing didn't allow use welcome coupons. If you think your getting a deal add $300 in fees to your price which aren't pointed out until the end. Just like coupons and fees very misleading. I feel bad for the seller.

Bought a gucci belt. They sent the wrong size. Had to fight for a refund and finally offered one.
TO DATE THEY HAVE THE BELT AND MY MONEY AND I AM FIGHTING WITH MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE MONEY BACK.
Disgusting company. Be aware they don't give refunds normally either they make you resell the item instead which is what they did with me at first. I fought very hard to get a refund then they just don't send the money or reply to emails.

Have reported a purchase of a fake item (boots), that I have unfortunately placed an order for. I have been told it is fake by someone that works at Christian Dior literally 2 hours after I placed the order. Christian Dior has never produced the item is such colour. Quickly I learned that myself too.
The item was shipped to the VC for authenticity and quality check so I got onto it right away. The customer service lady, Jolina Marie P. Wasnt bad, but very unhelpful, she told me to contact the seller myself and ask her to cancel the order…I did, of course nothing happened. And as soon as I asked Jolina for an email or phone number of a manager or someone I can report this issue to, she ended the chat…

I stopped buying from them. Their "experts" validated two counterfeit items. Their solution was for me to send the items back at my own cost. They should check items during their quality process! Avoid avoid avoid!
