Anyone who decided to purchase something from VC I hope you see this and reconsider whether to buy it or not. I bought a Dior bag on VC on early of May and received a pair of worn Mike shoes on end of May. Guess what, until today is already July I am still waiting for their solution/refund :(

I listed a fendi blouse on Vestiaire and put measurements for the item, the customer purchased the item and then it didn't fit them because they didn't read the description. They returned item w dog food in the package to me making the Fendi blouse smell horrible. I immediately contacted Vestiaire customer service and they said they'd take the item and pay me immediately upon receiving it. They received the item then immediately relisted it with the same information as before not editing it to have 40IT on the size. They are now MIA and not answering emails
Offers also are not binding. I had many people send offers and then want the item for a lower price after I accepted the item

This was my first experience and it didn't go well to say the least. I purchased the item…was sent a message waiting to ship…found out later they were sold to someone else! I used the first time coupon and wasn't allowed to use the coupon even though I never actually purchased anything. Very disappointed that this site was promoted by Tradesy but does not operate the same way.

I sent a Louis Vouitton agenda Ref# ******* to sell through Vestier at the end of April 2022. Due to a custom reason caused by the Vestier (since Vestiaire doesn't know of the customs rules of the country where the buyer of the product is located.) they could not forward the agenda to their final buyer. Than they sent my LV agenda back to me. The agenda has stuck at the Turkish customs with customs expense of at least 1050 dollars is being demanded. Apparently this is totally Vestier's mistake. Warehouse expense goes higher day by day. Vestier anonymous support team member wrote to me to pay in advance at least 1050 USD to Turkish customs, and Vestiare doesn't assure me that they will pay this amount to me. I don't want to risk paying such high amount to Turkish Customs without any assurance. I have no time left since THE CUSTOMS WILL DESTROY OR SELL MY AGENDA WITHIN THIS WEEK! I DON'T HAVE ANY NUMBERS TO CALL AND ASK FOR A HELP FROM VESTIAIRE, THE SUPPORT TEAM DOES NOT HELP ME! I WROTE THE CEO MAXIMILIAN BITTNER AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY EMAIL THAT SEEKING HELP. I don't want to pay this amount since this is not my fault and I don't want my agenda to be destroyed by the customs. I am in a very hard situation, I wrote more than 20 emails to their support team in 2 months and NO SOLUTİONS.

Every item I've ordered has been delivered to me earlier than scheduled and all were in great condition. In fact I just ordered one more bag from a seller that I just bought from with my very first order. I believe this is a very trusted site.
This site is the absolute worst. I've tried twice to list my Goyard bag. I've followed their guidelines to a T and each time, I received a response saying, 'After being carefully considered by our expert team, we were not able to list it as we require some extra photos in order to be able to publish the listing. Please feel free to upload your listing again with the photos previously requested.' I've included details about every defect/damage/discoloration, etc. about the item, in addition to including multiple detailed pictures (10-12). It would really help to know why EXACTLY my item was not acceptable to list. At first, I thought it was because they thought the bag looked too worn to be able to sell, but when comparing other similar bags that are for sale in the same condition category, my item looked to be in much better shape. For example, some of the bags for sale had holes in the corners and the paint was badly faded. My bag does not have any holes, the paint has not faded and the straps and piping are not torn, ripped or cracked. In fact, I like to err on the side of caution and was debating on whether to list it in good or fair condition but I chose 'fair' to be on the safe side. I just don't understand their criteria. They really need to work on transparency. Also their customer service is a joke. It's beyond frustrating to use this site and I've given up.

I purchased quite a few items in Jan/Feb 3 of those items were "delivered" but not received - not signature No photos - but not received & I had to pay hundreds for the merchandise A Burberry jacket ordered in March was just posted to me today - after me begging for a refund - notifying them I no longer needed jacket & to cancel Which they have not - so again I'm paying for a jacket needed in May that I had to buy locally bcuz Vestiaire took 4 months to post. Then there was the TWO fake Cartier bags, 1 refunded - 1 refused to be refunded - yet not returned to me - so another few hundred Just thrown away - I'm fighting for months for refunds and not getting anywhere. They get your money - you get nothing - or poor quality products that should be thrown away. Torn - dirty - worn out - take my experience and AVOID
Customer service Reps - when you can reach them are rude, and unhelpful. I spent 77 minutes on chat to cancel the Burberry jacket a few days ago. Only to be sent the jacket today. They want their money at all costs, and you; the consumer. You don't matter to them in the least.
