I like to use Vestiaire because you can find rare items for good price and then sell something you not need anymore, they always loyal and do the best
Pricing is not not even close to reflecting what customer will actually pay when there's shipping, authentication, taxes and additional duties tacked on at the very end. There should be more transparency in pricing to allow for a more positive shopping experience. I've stayed away from purchasing on your site when I discovered that my $100 purchase could potentiall by 50% more after all additional fees are added, depending on location of item. Its quite jarring to see when you have to take your item all the way through to checkout to see what actual cost is. And most times I let go of the item as I can find something comparable on other site without the additional fees
This was my very first purchase here; and I am quite dissatisfied! Although the ring is lovely; it is not the equivalent United States ring size that was advertised. What makes my purchase even more regrettable and dissatisfying is that I emailed you twice and no reply. I should not have to re-list or stay stuck with something, I cannot wear.

I signed up to sell and buy from Vestiaire Collective. My initial purchase was the worst experience I've had so far with online purchaing. Purchased a hat. Immediately I receive an email alledging the order will be delayed. I messgaed the seller and the seller never responded. Contact customer service and requested to cancel the order. Various Vestiarie representatives cited excuses for not canceliong the order due to the delay. They requested I wait (7 days) to allow the seller to ship when the seller have not responded to them or myself! If they would have canceled the order as I requested due to the seller inabilty to respond to any of my messages... this delay would not be ongoing. I'm still waiting for a cancelation/Refund! Now I have to ask my credit card issuer to mediate this hideous transaction.

I wanted to use my promo code welcomeus for a discount off my first purchase in the app over 150. The promo code couldn't be applied so I placed the order and then reached out to customer service right away. I'd assumed they would make it right right away and reimburse me for the discount but that was not the case. They repeatedly asked me for a screenshot of the promo code not working that I obviously couldn't provide since I'd already placed the order. Not happy with my second time shopping on this site.

Vestiare is full of fakes! Their "expert team" often misidentifies real as fake and fake as real! They then extra scam you and demand you pay 12eur for them to return your item! Once you provide and invoice- suddenly the item becomes real again! Complete joke! Customer service is never reachable, no email and no phone number! No one ever answers!
They have „verified" sellers that ship directly to you without any authentication and they still charge you their fee! Fraudsters and scammers! There are often fake tags attached to clearly fake products and yet they insist it "matches the description" and therefore must be "authentic"! Dont ever buy or sell with them!

My account has been closed, even though I purchase and item and my bank account got debited. There has never been a good customer service person who has looked into things even though I have provided bank estate nuts of purchases and also pictures of issues... and the easy way out instead of working things out with the customer has been to remove them from the app.
Quite sad because I have spent over 5k on purchases and have behaved as per the rules and escalated issues when found.
