READ THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE BEFORE USING THIS SITE! I have used Vestiaire as both a buyer and seller and had horrific issues as both. Last month, I bought a skirt on the app and my package was returned to the seller (even though I didn't refuse the package and all duties and taxes were paid by myself at checkout) and as their flawed system just says it's 'delivered' because the item got delivered back to the seller, Vestiaire see this as transaction completed. Despite me raising this issue within the 72 hour time frame that they advertise, over a week later and I have no conclusive or helpful response from them. The seller BLOCKED my messages after agreeing to re-send it to me once the 72 hour time frame was over and Vestiaire released the funds to them. Vestiaire just don't care or have any intent to amend the situation and refund my very expensive transaction. It's essentially theft as they are trying to brush it off seeing as they have a 'Delivered' tracking number. Their customer service is APPALLING and they won't help you if anything goes wrong. I strongly advise against buying from this site, unless you want a drawn out irritating situation where it feels like you're talking to a brick wall. This is the second time in 4 orders on the site that this has happened to me. If you do use it make sure you use Paypal like I did, so that you can claim the money back in situations such as this. Hands down the worst customer experience & service from a platform in my entire online shopping experiences. You have been warned! I am sure they will respond to this review with some BS defence stating that they'll email / get in touch with me to try and resolve it, but that's all smoke and mirrors for these review sites to avoid scaring away other potential users. They won't ever help you as I've had this happen prior. Any notes they respond to an honest review seeming that they are willing to help you is absolute BS and to seem as though they aren't as bad as they really are to other potential users of their site and services.

I really liked the items I bought. They were high quality at a great cost and it wasn't replicas. I felt better knowing it was sent to be authenticated in person. Sometimes pictures alone can be misleading.

That's how much efficient their customer care was and that's how i much i trusted their whole process. I have 3 of the 4 items i bought already and one is arriving in a few days. Great customer service. I feel safe when shopping on this site because if the item is not authentic or is as described you get a full refund before item is shipped. You avoid the hassle of returning an item. I love this site. I have made several purchases.
I first joined VC as I thought that so many people use it so it would be a nice experience! Quickly, and when I say quickly I mean after 3-4 days, and after my first 2 items where sold, the buyers reached out with questions about about my used bags ( how can they clean the handles, and if there is the strap available), and we engaged in a fun convo and how lovely that my bags aRe going in a different countries etch! I was banned from the chat probably for being too polite. Guys you need to chill, the reviews u ve got speak for themselves! Never tried to sell my wardrobe and before yoy BAN a member that brings you So much money, make sure you monitor better the conversations and NOT be letting your inadequate System ban people for being polite and introducing themselves. Who would trust their items to complete strangers and risk payment?! Jesus! This isn't jail! Unlisting all my items.

I usually ship my items in a day or two
I had an order ready to send with a carrier that has limited access to my area. I contacted their customer service with several messages and at the end I had to cancel the order.
Unsatisfactory because they say that this creates a bad evaluation to the seller.
I am still waiting for their reply.
Also, when you receive an item you don't like they do not refund you can relist it with no commission for 15 days and you have already lost the shipping cost.

My name is Victor i am from Romania and i want to tell you about my experience on vestiare colective.
First I started by buying a couple of pairs of sneakers, I love sneakers and I was verry happy with all my purchases with only one comment that some of the sneakers were not in the same condition like in the pictures with small traces of use.
The first main issue I encountered was that if you buy something and it does not fit you cannot return the item.
My last purchase on vestiare was before my birthday when I wanted to make myself a gift and I bought a t-shirt, one jacket and one pair of sneakers.
None fit me, some birthday present, so as could not return them I tried selling them.
The T-shirt and the jacket i sold to a friend and the sneakers I tried selling on vestiare wich were highly liked by other members and were sold very fast and as i was waiting to recive the money i recived a mail that the sneakers did not pass the authenticity test preformed by the experts from vestiare, the same experts who validated the item when i bought them.
I wrote to them, showing them that I bought the sneakers from them and if the sneakers were fake that vestiare and their experts are to blaim and requested that i recive my money back.
Nothing happened

I've placed an order for a Tiffany engagement ring for $3,886.08 USD with Vestiaire.
The order was placed on 05/19 and included import tax to bring the ring to Mexico (I paid the import tax at check out).
The ring arrived to Mexico, was stuck in the customs for 3 weeks and then was sent back to the sender. It was never delivered to me.
According to DHL tracking, the ring has arrived back to Vestiaire on 06/26.
Today is 08/10, I still haven't received the ring OR the refund.
I've been in constant communication with customer support in chat and email, but until now they haven't provided me with the ring OR the refund.
I can't believe this is happening. My engagement has been delayed by 3 months already because of their poor business practices.
On their website they mention that they'll provide a refund if an item has been lost by the carrier. It's a lie since it's been 3 months and they haven't provided a refund

Awful experience with Vestiaire Collective, their customer service team does not want to speak to you or address any concerns. Apparently they also allow customers to sell items that have suspicious stains and liquids on them. If you have a quality issue that you notice yourself after you've paid for quality check Vestiaire will gaslight you into thinking there is no quality issue! Also there is no option to speak to a real person over the phone. I could go on but it's not worth it. This is my first really bad experience and will be my last time purchasing at this platform. I respect all business and acknowledge that all businesses can grow, it's just disappointing to have to reach out to several customer service reps and have to re introduce my issue over and over again without it being addressed.

After 7 days the buyer still hadnt shipped out my item to Vestiare for their authentication process. I contacted the customer service chat countless times and sent a supporting screen shot photo of the progress of your item that you can see in the app... it continued to say Pending shipment from SELLER- a few representatives later and day 6 of no progress on the item, April Rose L -basically told me that I needed to contact my neighbors/family members in the house to see if they located the shipment (even though the seller NEVER sent it to Vestiare as it shows in the app and based off my order number), submit the tracking information, delivery address, date, submit a handwritten letter, invoice, and my id for them to open an investigation... Now HOW COULD I DO THAT WHEN THE SELLER NEVER SHIPPED TO VESTIARES HUB TO BEGIN WITH! I asked April, sent her the progress invoice that I see in the app and she told me that she cant do anything without the above information... Its like the representatives DO NOT read the chat or any supporting documentation submitted. This is by far the WORST platform to buy anything on. The customer service is TERRIBLE and the fact that you cant speak to a live person because there is NO phone number is beyond me. I have to basically keep reiterating to APRIL ROSE L which it is now day 8 of me doing so, that how could I receive the item when it CLEARY shows in the app, in my account that it is and I quote "WAITING TO BE SHIPPED BY THE SELLER TO VESTIARE" its like they don't even look into the account... I will NEVER be using this site and I will be sure to make a youtube video and share with my followers about my experience!

My experience was pleasant :) The seller shipped my item to an authentication center, then it was sent to me in the US. Shipping was fast, considering it was an international shipment! And thankfully, my item seems as legit as it could be. Would buy from again if the seller is reputable :)
