Tried to sell authentic items. One watch was approved the other one with even more pictures, authentic cards, and receipt was declined. I questioned why and was given no specific reason other than it didn't meet strict standards. Makes 0 sense as everything I provided proves it to be authentic. Will never do business with them. I pulled my other listings.

I Place a order twice and twice this company took money out my credit card only to cancel my order the next day for no reason I talked to the so call seller of the item and they keep saying they don't see my order. This company is a scam they haven't returned my money or I haven't received my item

I have sold over 50 items with them I was an expert seller and out of nowhere they blocked my account I am no longer able to log in or speak to Customer service they have blocked all email messages etc, they have a pending sale from me and have stole my money and my handbag I only sale high quality brands balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Givenchy and they have done this to me twice. The first time it was resolved. Now it's been one month and I haven't heard back from them I have no other way to contact them as they have blocked me out. I would NOT trust this company with your luxury sales

- I bought a Louis Vuitton pouch which is brand new. The price was not at the end cheaper but exactly the same price if I would buy from the store, because of many charges at the checkout.
The item is in excellent condition with receipt, authentication certificate and everything.
- It arrived earlier than the date they gave me, which is amazing.
* The only issue was that even if I paid on checkout all the import taxes and duties for Switzerland, the Post office asked me to pay on top another 90 CHF. Then I contact the Help Center, they checked for me and then they refund the amount that I paid to the post office. The money reflected in my account within 24 hours. So Help Center was really proactive in my case and helpful. Although they sent me a link which says that I have to pay taxes and duties at checkout and then if the item arrives and the country is charging more I have to pay again. That doesn't make sense at all. Why to pay 2 times? Either you cover it or not!
Overall, I had a great experience for first time. I don't know how is about the used items, but what I would only change is that they need to guarantee to the customers the cover of all the taxes and duties expenses. Because the only reason I ordered from them is because of that. I order only from online stores that cover those expenses, so I will not be surprised when my order arrives.

Scammers! Do not buy from this site!

If i could give this company zero stars I would! I mailed My purse in to be authenticated four months ago. Consistently reached out by emails to follow up on the status. Every time they would send a email back stating they would get back to me in 48 hours and no one ever does. I tried The chat option and the customer service reps answer until i explain my issue and no one reply's back. I get a email 2 weeks ago stating that they LOST MY BAG and they will refund me. Well it's have been four months and i still Haven't received a refund. Just a bunch of excuses that they are working on it! Please don't buy from this site if anything goes wrong you will not be REFUNDED! And as reading all the bad reviews of this company it is true! Please save yourself the headache time and your money and do not buy from here!

I was moved to Vestiaire from Tradesy and I almost was going to to just delete my account. I decided to give it a chance and I've already sold more in the few months here than I had in the years I was on Tradesy. I like that the items get authenticated before reaching the buyer. If you're an honest seller, this should not be a problem. The fee is a bit daunting so it's definitely better for higher value items. I've not purchased anything yet, but I would be comfortable doing so. Here are pictures of my latest sales.

"Experts" sent me a quality control report to review before approving the purchase and it was so vague and stated "It has undergone appearence modifications that could affect the after-sale service provided by the manufacturer. Vestiaire Collective accepts no responsibility in regards to this matter". How am I supposed to approve the purchase if they won't tell me what appearance modifications it has undergone? I tried asking help desk and Vladimear knew nothing and eventually stopped responding to me.

I had been with Tradesy for over 10 years and never had an issue selling, which I had sold over 10K in merchandise. It changed to Vestiaire Collective and there are NOTHING but SCAMMERS on the site. I get scammers contacting me with each new posting. That is extremely telling! I decided to research the company and hear of their selling fake items and customers not getting the quality of items that were purchased. I will not be selling to anyone on the site as I have quality high end bags and shoes. Disgusting and disappointing that Tradesy is gone!

I sold an expensive item with tags and everything for a third of its value, honestly cause I needed the money, was a gift from my sister and I felt a bit bad. After being sold, I have been one month waiting to get paid and I'm completly ignored every time I speak with customer service, I feel conned and I find this an absolute fraud, I would recommend it at all

I was looking specifically for an Omega Sailing bracelet, in size medium, with black DLC coating on the s.s. Clasp. A black, nylon braided version came available from a seller in France. The listing didn't include the size so I asked the seller. He told me it was medium. It's what I wanted so of course I bought it. It cost additional shipping, authentication, customs fees & taxes to receive in the US. I wasn't home when it was delivered. I opened the box the next day. The bracelet was clearly marked with an L for large. I can't wear this bracelet. It's too large. It's not what I ordered & paid for; in good faith. You can't phone this site. I tried the chat but it was useless. I sent an email explaining the situation with pictures & asking for a return/refund. Auto response to sending the message states they are busy so expect a response in 48 hours; send only one or it could create a greater delay. I waited but no one returned my message. I live in a small community & shop a lot online. This should be an unfortunate but, easy return. After no response I tried the chat & went from bot to person. They told me the return policy didn't apply to me because the size wasn't in the listing & they can't verify the seller's comments to me. Also it took too long to be in touch; they didn't have record of my first email. This is nuts as there is documentation of my exchange with the seller where he tells me it is size medium. If he had been honest & told me large I wouldn't have bought it. Now, VC wants me to be happy with my experience so they'll re-list it for me; for a fee. What a racket. I've tried speaking to a supervisor. They called while I was in a medical appointment & left the message that they wouldn't accept my return but they're happy to re-list, for a fee. I've told them if they don't proceed a return/refund I'll dispute the charge with my credit card. Even if their phony policy allows them to win It will tie the money up for a few months & the seller will either not be paid or if they have, the amount will be debited from their account. It's insane that a policy that allows sellers to lie & makes buyers suffer the consequences would be acceptable. It's crazy they continue to do business. This website condones & protects sellers who lie. They get money each time an item is listed so they don't care about customer service. It's buyer beware —VC lies as a business practice. I've never shopped on a site with such shoddy & useless customer service. The authentication tag is still on the bracelet in the photos.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a bag from this website and it arrived today. One of the bag's handles is damaged, also a few stains on the outer side of the bag, all of them not disclosed by the seller on the pictures she posted. I would like to return it but there is no way to click return even though I followed all the instruction on how to return it. It only gives me the option to "Relist" if I dislike what I bought. I don't want to sell this damaged bag. I should have read the reviews before I bought. The chat box is closed since last month, so we can not chat with the admin. I emailed them twice, and sent the pictures of the damages. My last hope is to dispute the charge with my CC.

Was trying to sell a louis vuitton palm springs mini since i have 2, one reverse monogram and one plain monogram. I provided all the necessary photos including the receipt from louis vuitton website in which i purchased from, made in, date code and they refused to sell it, but its fine their fees are higher than other sites in which i have it authenticated and listed on

I have sold Gucci dress and Calvin Klien collection dresses with Vestiaire Collective thinking its a good website I never received my money or my dress back I tried to contact Vestiaire Collective but there's no customer service or a phone number for Vestiaire Collective anywhere online all my pleas to Vestiaire Collective fell on deaf ears they are nothing but scammers

I am leaving this review as a seller, as I am furious at the way Vestiaire treats sellers. Their quality control is just a joke. They will nitpick or literally make things up (such a saying a watch is not working, and then it comes back... actually working and on time.) Or take the worst pictures to get the buyer to cancel the sale. On a black background, with artificial light, with fingerprints and dust on it, which would make anything look bad. Obviously the buyer will say that they don't want it anymore and cancel the sale without even having a chance to look at the item.
These cancellations happen a lot more than they should and it wouldn't be the case if Vestiaire did not actually profit from them: they get to charge you higher fees for 30 days when this happens, and they also charge you of flat rate of £15 each time.
The way sellers are treated, the lack of customer service, the opacity, the fact that listings are non-modifiable, or that we don't have a right to respond or get in touch with the buyer (or the quality control team) in case of dispute... all of this is shameful and ends up profiting them and them only.
Of course the platform gives you access to a lot of customers, but honestly, if you have a chance to sell your items elsewhere, I suggest that you do.

I used to purchase through tradesy before, painless, super easy, great customer service and returns were smooth. Since it became Vestiari... what a nightmare! Finding items close or from good sellers is a nightmare. Everyone puts something there and ask almost original prices when the items even have holes on it and they call it "good conditions ". Is like a circus now, no control of quality and apparently many scammers. Nope, unfortunately changing to other ones.
