I shipped my order in Italy, to avoid my custom procedures in my country (Albania)
I paid 15€ extras to check my bag by expert team that i think doesnt exist. The bag in description was New (never worn). When the bag arrived it qas damaged, and they told me that i cant return the order bc it was only 72h time. I am totally disappointed. Dont spend your money on Vestiaire!
I attempted to cancel an order from a "Professional Seller" and was told by site that only the seller can cancel. Then seller told me only site can cancel. The order was canceled within hour of purchasing. No money lost as they weren't even shipped. *******@3662marina is listed as an expert seller probably because she is dishonest.

This company is the worst ever. I put up a louis vuitton neverfull that had replaced side cinches, and noted with pictures of this alteration. They asked me to discount it so i did, it sold. They then had the nerve to fail it and ask the buyer if they wanted it and the repairs were done (as stated in the description). In that they convinced the buyer to cancel the sale. Then this was wrong and drew attention to something well noted making it seem something extra was wrong. They send the bag back to me but three weeks later i'm still waiting. This shows delivered but has someone else's signature attached. I was home all day it was supposed to have been delivered. They respond to my chat message every 4 or 5 days with no offer to assist at all. Stay away from this tragic excuse for a business.
LOL, read all the responses from this so called "company" to the complaints. Its all generic crap. I was over charged on a louyis vuitton rosewood patent leather bag (yes vestaire...you know who I am)!
I have written numerous emails showing via video and photos that my attempt to accept a reduced price from a seller became a decline and THEN they processed my credit card with the full price!

They sell fake merchandise and say that they have them authenticated they're out for your money they don't care about selling fake merchandise. They sold me a fake Birkin bag like I wouldn't no it was fake try to take almost $14,000 for me I dispute it it through my bank and got my money back. They blocked me off their platform do not buy from anyone in New York. They're all fakes and scams and refused to give you a refund they said I had to re-post it on my page and sell it to get my money back. I asked the seller where did she purchase from? She couldn't even tell me she lied and said it was her friend Bag she thinks she brought it from Paris like really that's what's through my red flags up

I bought a pair of shoes from their site and they never came. Apparently the package was sent back (?) to their warehouse empty... The person who listed the shoes never responded to their alerts to reply to them.

As someone who enjoys buying pre loved Im astonished how poorly this company is run and what kind of merchandise they allow other to sell. They not just allow but they endorse, meaning that even after it's proven something is faulty or defective they still take fees and try to resell it as is. Even though it doesn't belong to company. They literally STEAL money and have no customer service ANYWHERE.
The "experts " are only experts in hiding behind screens and collecting money from fools like myself.

I sold Hermes silver key chain worth 600£++, they claimed to have never received it. It was stolen and I have no resources to find out what happened. It is gone, they say I never sent in box. Getting into the high-and fashion I have found VC better than the realreal in my shopping experience. Surprisingly when I've ordered from VC I've gotten my items sooner than expected! And paying through Klarna I can afford to wear what I couldn't afford before. Ok (1) seller held my order for over a week and canceled on me. That's cool VC contacted me and said my refund would be in and I ordered something better than what was canceled in me lol.
To each His own but maybe because I only buy from sellers with the U.S. helps minimize my complications.

Hello! I bought a pair of YSL sansals that never arrived to me after more than one month of stupid email from vestiare saying that that They are sorry and thay work to fix the problem. Automatic mails! Thay Say the courier opened an investigation and after 12 days the rezolution was the item was delivered and they sent me the proof document showing the parcel was delivered to another person, another country and another Reference item. What kind of investigation and resolution ia this?! They didn't Even read the documents they ask you to send ro open an investigation. My bank opened a an independent investigation for FRAUD in order to get my money back. This is the worst service!

I NEVER ever write reviews but I am so furious. Terrible customer service and I do not advise anyone to sell through them. I have sold an item for $150+ and never received my payment. I am being ignored by customer service for over a week, tried contacting them and they just ended the chat for no reason. Trust me Poshmark, and Mercari are the best for selling. Never sell on there. Terrible, I wish I can put a 0-star review.

Vestiaire always manages to make simple things painful. I ordered a jacket thinking it'd be fine, but they ended up going back on their word and shipping it when I was out on vacation (and Customer Service has already confirmed they would not send it until I was back). The item was returned to them and they are now refusing to resend it or release my refund (again after Customer Service swore I'd be refunded). So now I am out of money and my purchase. The seller was in no way at fault as her hand's were tied and she was really sympathetic for their bad service. I guess I'll have to see if I can get my money refunded through my credit card company because Vestiaire has kept the jacket.

I purchased a pair of shoes that were listed as excellent condition and went through their authentication. When I receive the shoes the sole at the tip of the shoe was unglued in the length of about 1 inch on one shoe and about quarter of an inch on the other shoe. When I contacted the company they're trying to blame on the postal carrier. In the meantime the box was intact and there was no damage on the outside of the box. They have no return policy so I'm stuck with shoes that are damaged and no price adjustment. This is the biggest scam as far as I'm concerned

I have credit that transferred from Tradesy to Vestiaire and I have been trying to use it ever since. I have made three attempts with horrible results. The authentication process is garbage. The first bag was a Gucci Dionysus the seller failed to mention in writing or show in photos that it was missing a Crystal. It passed authentication and then I had to jump through hoops to return. Second bag was a similar Gucci Dionysus I asked the seller if all crystals were in tact, seller said yes. No mention of missing crystal in description or in photos. Bag arrived after authentication with a missing crystal - had to return this one as well. Third attempt was a Gucci Guccisima bag that arrived after "authentication." The leather was cheap (felt like vinyl), the bag reeked of chemicals, the booklets had different product numbers than the actual item purchased, and it failed Gucci's nfc Authenticator process. I returned the bag and they relisted it saying it was authentic! It has been miserable trying to use this credit, I feel like I've lost $950. Doesn't feel trustworthy to buy from them at all!

I will go to the police and sue your company! I have all the confirmations about the payment for the bag, I paid for a specific product! First, you confirmed the availability and dispatch to me, then you said that you would have to wait a month before receiving the bag, because they sent my bag "for marketing purposes" and post a video with it on Instagram, and now they just silently canceled the order?!?!?!?
