I don't like how a buyer has several days to complete a purchase. Either they are buying or they aren't. If they accept an offer they should be required to pay when accepting. Several sales have fallen through due to that policy.

I ordered a parka, size XL, but the actual manufacturer sizing tag was missing and therefore the size was improperly listed. Additionally, it was a female jacket and I was shopping for a male jacket. Zippers are often on opposite sides by gender, and this was also the case with my purchase. I might recommend that there are more details required when posting clothing. Photos of actual measurements (with measuring tape used) can provide more accuracy when selecting a size, rather than depending on brand sizing or labels, which often differ dramatically between countries and manufacturers.
I don't fault the seller for the misleading listing, as they may not have known the gender differences among the garments based solely on the side of the zipper.
Otherwise, the service was amazing. The seller was prompt and efficient. The Vestiare company handled the [complaint] very professionally and promptly as well. I was issued a free shipping return label and a hassle free refund. I would use this app again and am actively using it to browse more items.

4th or 5th time shopping via Vestiaire and it has always been a smooth process. I only shop for stone island and can authenticate it myself, but it is nice knowing there's an extra layer of authentication. Shipping isn't always super fast but with international shipping I don't expect any different. One time the authenticators contacted me saying the shirt I bought was measured like half a cm off and said I could cancel the order. I obviously kept the order but I wanted to highlight that the Vestiaire team works hard to make their customers happy.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
