4th or 5th time shopping via Vestiaire and it has always been a smooth process. I only shop for stone island and can authenticate it myself, but it is nice knowing there's an extra layer of authentication. Shipping isn't always super fast but with international shipping I don't expect any different. One time the authenticators contacted me saying the shirt I bought was measured like half a cm off and said I could cancel the order. I obviously kept the order but I wanted to highlight that the Vestiaire team works hard to make their customers happy.

Do not trust or purchase from Vestiaire. I paid for the authentication service, and within literally one minute of wearing the bag, the shoulder strap came apart. It was a latent issue that any reasonable inspection service should have caught. And yet, they are attempting to refuse the return because it's outside of the 72-hour window, even though it was a holiday present so we didn't catch it until after that time had expired. Shop elsewhere.

I ordered this product on December 19th 2024, I was led to believe I would receive my package on 12/31/2024. I paid a total of $48.33 for services and shipping and 20 days later I still do not have my package. I have reached out to the company numerous times and I am consistently told my package is on its way. I reached out to UPS and was told today that they still do not have the package. At this point I no longer want the package, as it was a christmas gift to my daughter. This is terrible service and I will never buy from this website again and will inform all of my 50,000 followers to not buy from this website as well.

I've been waiting 20 days for an item from Germany to Portugal. The company offers no solution. They keep you on hold for long periods of time while in the end providing no solution. By elsewhere!

Pretty seamless experience, though I will say that it felt non human. By that I mean that the offer came in, I counter offered, buyer accepted, we made the deal. I promptly packaged the gorgeous purple suede Robert Clergerie mules with a nice thank you note inside. With other selling sites, there is communication between seller and buyer, and sometimes an acknowledgement of my nice, caring packing and my thank you note. Here there was zero communication from the buyer. These shoes were an amazing deal on $500 sandals for $58.oo, so even that alone should have warranted some sort of note from buyer. Perhaps I missed it in the Vestiare thread, but I don't think so.
