I had one good experience. I recently had a bad one. With the bad experience I hope that seller was informed about better service. I was very upset with Vestiaire at first then quickly realized it's the sellers responsibility to inform the buyers.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
