My latest order has got lost in transit. Three weeks later, I'm still waiting for it with no updates or sign of a refund, which I've requested. I think that after three weeks, a refund is not unreasonable.

I've been a responsible buyer and seller on this platform for over two years, with dozens of successful transactions. Unfortunately, despite my long-term use, every time I've encountered an issue, the customer support has been consistently inadequate. Expect to go through multiple chat conversations, with frequent changes in the support team member responding — each time having to start over and re-explain everything. There are no telephone numbers, no email contacts, and absolutely no way to escalate your case to a senior representative. The only option is an inefficient chat system. There have been several frustrating incidents: A brand-new Moncler ski jacket, bought directly from the official store and complete with tags, was rejected during authentication. I had to reach out to the retailer and request proof of purchase just to confirm its authenticity — they were baffled, and frankly amused, by the platform's decision.
A luxury Celine bag arrived crumpled in a box, folded without any filler or protective inserts. The warehouse packaging is shockingly unprofessional for high-end items.
Most recently, I received a pair of poor-quality sunglasses. When I reached out to report the issue, the platform refused to contact the seller or offer any form of compensation. That was the final straw.
Overall, the customer service is simply poor and not what you'd expect from a platform that handles high-value items. If you're considering where to buy or sell, I strongly suggest exploring alternatives.

My account was banned for no reason, after being a trusted seller and having a Trusted Seller badge. VC emailed me about a list of "not authentic" items, which they randomly picked out of the list of items which were rejected at listing by the automatic system. The system refuses items randomly, but after a second try, all these items were approved. So the reason for banning me is still unknown. I put a lot of work and effort into being a good seller, I have over 400 items listed and this means a lot of time and work. And they just simply close my account. They did not even care about those items claiming that are fake, they just handpicked some items just to offer a false explanation about the account being closed. Again, all those items were approved after a second try. And besides, all my sales went to vestiaire to be authenticated and guess what: they were ALL authentic. That's why I had a trusted seller badge.
I do not own or sell or tolerate fake designer items! Ever! I will make complaints everywhere, because this is frustrating. We - sellers - are not idiots. We are just as important as the buyers. And this lack of respect is not acceptable.
