No communication received from the seller. I asked a couple of questions but no response. The LV label was sewn on upside down, which I thought was odd and made me question if it was genuine? And no box or LV dust bag, which again, I thought was odd.

I found a beautiful Doen Benoit Noir dress in my size and submitted an offer. Seller never responded and offer expired. So, I tried to make another offer, same outcome. So, I order this dress that I've been trying to find. I wait and wait. Item does not ship. So, I reach out to customer service. They tell me that they will contact the seller and then I hear nothing. I try to reach customer service again and they tell me the same story and again, I hear nothing. At this point I'm growing concerned. The dress has not shipped, customer service is basically non responsive & I'm out $600+ Why do they say they will cancel your order when it doesn't ship by the deadline when this does not happen. They also say they will refund your money automatically. Good grief this company is awful. I am now trying to get the money back by going through my bank.

Answer: There are a lot of honest sellers and buyers there (I consider myself one of them) but if anything goes wrong, Vestiaire will do nothing to help, they will spam you with auto replies
