My boyfriend bought me a ring from vancaro for our one year anniversary... I feel bad he spent as much as he did seeing as the ring is starting to chip away the color of the band. I have only had it for a couple weeks, kind of disappointing.

This company deserves mad props! They have completely surpassed any expectation that I had for the price range. They may even rival Tiffany's as far as high end packaging and gorgeous product. Also, the customer serviceaspect is top notch! From purchase to delivery, you are notified via text and email every step until delivery day. I recieved my rings in less than a week!
I love my ring. The stone itself looks very real and sparkles in the sunlight. The Ring is comfortable and fits true to size.
I have only been wearing the infinity heart ring in rose gold for 3weeks and the rose gold I'd already wearing off. I loved the ring online but never expected it to look this bad after such a short time. After reading the other reviews of trying to send it back or replace with a new one I will not since it seems to be a bigger hassle than just wearing a horribly constructed piece of jewelry.

Because the baloney of a website that you have us use to track shipping has had the same information on the page when i type in the tracking number since day one. I want my money back!

My boyfriend ordered a size 7 ring online, but didn't know my size was 6. I went through the tedious return process indicating that I would like to return the size 7 for a size 6. I was approved, and shipped the ring back at my own cost. Then, I got an email saying they don't have size 6, and size 7 is the smallest size they have and the ring is being discontinued so I will have to settle for size 7 or choose another ring. I looked at all of the other rings and decided I didn't care for any of the other styles. I emailed back and asked them to send the ring I just sent back and reimburse me for shipping because it is their fault I had to send it back when I told them I wanted size 6 in the initial email. They should have told me they don't have that size right then and there. They refused to reimburse my shipping cost. Instead they said I could have a $20 credit to buy something else from them... Apparently telling them 2 different times in 2 different emails that I don't care for any of their other jewelry means nothing to this company. I emailed back and asked for the customer service representative's supervisor. She emailed me back saying there was nothing they could do except give me the $20 credit without giving me information for the supervisor and "thanks for understanding." I ended up having to get the ring resized, which was annoying. The black coating on the ring already wore off. And a total of 4 gems have also fallen off within 2 weeks. This company is rude, terrible, and they have cheap quality jewelry. Don't waste your time with them.

N engagement ring is meant to be worn everyday and should not have missing stones after just 18 months of wearing it! I highly recommend not purchasing from Vancaro! If you want great customer satisfaction, go to a reputable jeweler instead!

Ordered a ring that took two weeks to get to me and was a full size too big. Lightweight, as if made with nickel or aluminum alloy. As other reviewers have stated, the coating on the ring is thin, and doing a little research on rhodium plating, it is possible to do this in a high quality manner. It appears though, that the ring is not plated, but rather coated in a black wash. Returned by paying $13 since they required a certain shipping rate. Kept part of my return. I'm out almost $30 and a months worth of time, since customers are required to repeatedly contact Vancaro to prompt them to resolve the matter. It's obvious that the high ratings are from people who have not worn the colored rings or not worn the ring for very long. It also appears that many reviewer websites have been flooded with comments from Vancaro staff purporting to be customers to inflate their ratings. I reported them to the FTC for failing to comply with the terms of retail refund policy, Instagram for misleading advertisement as well. Instagram doesn't even allow people to sell items on their site for this reason. Wish I had known this before. Do not buy from them.

My hubby got me a ring for Christmas but it was too big. Trying to exchange it is extremely difficult and nearly impossible. They are on Beijing time when you call even though it's an 800 number. You have to pay a restocking free, shipping, etc. They are not very generous to help out. Sad, the ring is gorgeous but the customer service is horrible.
