I loved my ring for the last 6 years. This year the black metal faded top silver... and now the band has broken down to a cheap metal that I now have an allergic reaction to. This is my wedding ring and I'm just crushed that this is happening.

I ordered a beautiful ring for my wifes birthday. Showed up very quickly and looks and fits great. Cant complain about the product or the service. My only critiscm would be that it states on the website shipping is free but I was contacted by the courier to pay an import tax. So be aware of this if you're shipping internationally.
Had my ring for less than 30 days and the black is already wearing off. I have tried contacting them many times and they won't even respond. Obviously they don't honor their 30 day refund policy and don't care about their customers after they have your money.

Worst company ever. They should get 0 stars. Will never do business with them again. Deducting $18 from my refund for their free shipping offer on the original order. Since I returned the entire order they then recoup the shipping from my refund but I still had to pay shipping to return it as well.
