My fiancé loved her ring and she said yes. Like 5 days later the stone fell out. This is one AWFUL company. DON'T BOTHER. EVER.
Emailed customer service and was only replied to by a robot and they never responded personally to my email after it stated they will after 24 hours. It's been 3 days. Then I tried to login to my account and after I was unable to I tried to reset my password only to have it tell me there's no account so I tried creating one only to have it tell me there's already an account under that email. Terrible system, now I can only pray my order comes to the incorrect address I needed to update and hope no one takes my order.

My boyfriend ordered a engagement ring from vancaro. He had to pay extra to customize the ring to be blue which also ment we had to wait longer to receive it. Finally came in & it was the wrong color. The company won't do anything to fix their mistake. Told him since it was customized they won't take it back even though they messed up on the order. Told him to try ordering again.

I order and had standarnd shipping. 5 to 8 days is what it said that i would have my delivery by the 19th. No it was late and really messed up my plans for asking my girl to marry me. I contacted several times and only got automated response. I would send a picture but i have still not recieved the ring yet.

I have purchased 3 times from this company. The first time was easy and seamless. The 2nd and 3rd time I contacted them 10 days after my item that was "shipped" out was supposed to arrive. The message I got is that they are out of stock and gave me recommendations for different items. I would not recommend buying from this company, chances are you will not get what you pay for.

I placed an order on Feb 27th. It is now May 15th and still have not received my item. I did in fact get an email stating I was past my refund time and they would gladly give me a credit minus the shipping fee. I definitely do NOT recommend using this company.

My boyfriend ordered a necklace for me for valentines day 2020, so less than two months ago.
The necklace falls off my neck 2 days ago and hits the floor. The lobster clasp broke and then when it hit the floor, it broke the charm.
I email this company to service it or replace it, i didn't even ask for a refund and they tell me to fix it myself or pay to have it fixed at a jeweler.

The quality and material can't be exactly the same, the cost is fixed, the cheaper product must be of cheaper quality. If anything on this website that is similar to our company's products, we will immediately Sue them.
Since our products are hand made by the ring workers and gemstone cutters, and the main part of the ring is made of sterling silver, the hardness is not as hard as the products sold in batches, and our ring the ductility is relatively high.

I ordered a ring to give to my daughter for Christmas. One she had seen pictures of for a few years and loved. I was so disappointed when it arrived. I was embarrassed to give it to her. Over $200 spent on a $2 gumball looking CHEAP ring. It has since peeled and the paint is coming off. Costumer service is awful. I would not recommend this to anyone! Biggest rip off I've ever experienced.

The engraved rings are a joke! After a week,
They engraving started to fade. Three weeks later and it's become nothing but a plain aluminum looking ring. No engraving left. It's more like printed for a few days!

I paid $79 for the Skull Necklace In Black Heart Shaped With Pear Cut Garnet.
Durability: No clue yet. I will update once she gets it for Christmas.
Design: The design is awesome. Its why I paid the $79 for cubic zirconia necklace. I couldn't find the design anywhere else.
Shipping: 2-3 days for arrival
Presentation: This is where my disappoint comes from. The $79 product was in a plastic bag and they only provided a box that is for a ring. If they provided it in a necklace box or provided a necklace box for me to put it that would be fine. It currently just bunched up in a ring box. They do offer a nice gift bag but that means nothing without a necklace box.

I purchased a ring and received it roughly 2 weeks ago. I was beyond pleased with the presentation and boxing of the ring and elated to finally give it to my fiance. He's had it on for a week and a half, and the symbol of Jack and Sally on Spiral Hill has completely faded. I am very upset and don't wish to return the ring because of the sentimental value, however wanted to relay that I am very disappointed and displeased in the quality of the actual product.

For Christmas my husband purchase a ring from them in 2018 they charged him for two rings he called about that and said they couldn't refund him for the second ring because they already sent it so we waited for both rings to come in sent them back and didn't get our money back so we had to fight them with our credit card but we were too late in the timeline so we lost $338 do not trust this company they are liars and they won't refund your money
