Vancaro has delivery from china to usa down to a week from the time you place your order until you get it in your hot little hands... I have placed several orders over last 6 months and every order was shipped, tracked and pleasantly made aware of via email. Any concern was quickly and easily worked out... Good group here. Ordered a ring for my wife for Christmas. It's just as advertised. It came from China so it took a bit to get here but it was less time then they told me up front. They then had English speaking CS reps check on the peogress and keep me inform. I would do business with them again for sure.

A few months back I was looking for a special ring for my wife and stumbled upon Vancaro. I was a little suspect with my first order as I have been seeing a lot of stories lately about scams. Not This Time! From the date I placed the order through the date shipped and then again after delivery I received emails from customer service with updates and follow ups. As soon as the ring had shipped I was given a tracking number with a link to follow up on the shipping part of the equation and could follow along where exactly the ring was until the day of delivery. The day the ring was delivered we were so impressed we placed another order for a ring that had caught or eye on the website. That process was even easier! We have turned into life long customers going forward. Excellent job Vancaro!

Items arrived in less than a week. Quality is decent. My husband and I are renewing our vows in January so we haven't worn them at all yet. I've read some of the negative reviews and so far I haven't experienced any issues. I'm satisfied at the moment.
Please don't worry, we offer a 3-month warranty for exchanging a new item with a quality problem, if it has been more than 3 months, we will help fix it

I bought a ring for my grand daughter in May. By August the stones had fallen out. I asked if they could replace and sent pictures. I received the run around and finally they told me how the stones fell out. They offered to send me stones for a price, not to replace the stones. I have bought less expensive pieces of jewelry and had a better response.

So sorry I ever placed an order with Vancaro. I didn't have a good feeling about this company in the first place but placed the order as a favor for my nephew. He wanted to give the ring to his girlfriend on her birthday which was last Saturday, September 26,2020. The ring never made it (still in customs - 16 days now) he passed away on Tuesday, September 29,2020. Emails, phone calls all go unanswered and texts messages receive the same genaric response.

The quality and material can't be exactly the same, the cost is fixed, the cheaper product must be of cheaper quality. If anything on this website that is similar to our company's products, we will immediately Sue them.
Since our products are hand made by the ring workers and gemstone cutters, and the main part of the ring is made of sterling silver, the hardness is not as hard as the products sold in batches, and our ring the ductility is relatively high.
