Best customer service I've seen in quite a while. I tried to have ot delivered to my work address at first and the postal service really messed that one up. They actually lost it for almost a week. But vancaro worked with me the whole time trying to track it down. After the post office finally sent it back vancaro promptly sent it to my home address per our conversations. Instead of saying "well, we got your money, you find out where it went" they stayed with me the whole time.

I was able to surprise my wife with a beautiful sparkling classy bridal set ring. The package would have arrived two days before valentines day if it wasn't for the weather snow situation causing the shipping company to delay. But surprisingly it came right on time on valentines day that I was able to please my wife with. Ordering is easy, pricing is wonderful, and the product is quality, and beautiful! My honey is super happy! They even emailed me tracking the whole way, so I knew right where it was, the entire time! The packaging is awesome too. And shipping was free! I recommend them to everyone I know!

This company will not respond to your calls or emails! They say before you can return an item, you need their approval. You cannot get their approval because they simply WILL NOT RESPOND! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Zero rating!
I am in hospital for 2 months now and wanted to marry the love of my life so i ordered a ring and payed for express so i can have it here before i nolonger can but they do not mention that they are closed for a long holliday they even offer valentine's specials but they are 100% closed
