Booked a 5:00 show and was automatically changed to 8:00 because the 5:00 show was sold out. When I called the company about the change they said it happens when shows sell out. Would not give a refund, either a future credit or 65% refund. Never using this rip-off company again

I would give 5 stars as was easy to do but they could not tell you what locations the seats are in. Would be nice to pick your seats? Also the discount went away at the end on the reservation.
