We were very pleased with how easy it was to book through vacations made easy. We have already and will continue to recommend this vacation company to others. The hotel we chose in our package to stay at was very bad and when I called Vacations Made Easy, hoping to switch hotels, the person that I talked to was very nice, understanding and professional. Within about a half an hour she delt with the management at the hotel we were at to get to get us out of our reservation with total reimbursement and was able to book us in such a short notice, for just for a few dollars more, in a better hotel in a better area. It really helped to make the rest of our vacation very enjoyable.

Tried to cancel my Myrtle Beach fishing trip purchased through them more than 7 days prior to the trip. They stated they only give a 65% refund and keep 35% of the money. That is complete robbery! This company will be reported to the BBB and I will personally slaughter their name all over the internet as much as possible. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Do NOT boom with them

This company would not give me a refund or a voucher on a dolphin cruise booking that I know I booked on 5/24 but somehow got changed to 5/10. I read several other reviews (after the fact) that said the same thing. This company is fraudulent and based out of India as there customer service is horrible!
Great Deal! The River Walk boat tour was fantastic! Our Guide/Driver was super funny! I didn't like that we had to walk so far to receive our voucher. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought thru this company.
