Not easy to find and email said open till 7pm…ran to get there before 7 only to find them closed. Wasn't worth the $16 I saved. Too much of a hassle.
Easy to order tickets, seen no dolphins at all. Was told since we did see wildlife (Bald Eagle). Could not guarantee seeing dolphins. Although their website had a guarantee to see dolphins. Very disappointing.

I booked a Vacation Package in Branson for two shows and hotel. According to online information the one show started at 3:00 p.m., the second show at 5:30 p.m. After additional investigation, I found that the first show was 2 hr and 20 minutes, and was about 10 minutes or more from the second show. When I picked up my tickets, I was informed that the first show was at 3:30, but I could get into the second show late. The first show ended at 6:05, by the time we got to the second show, the doors were locked. Since we were planning to leave early the next morning, we decided to leave that evening and canceled the motel. After going to their "ticket office" and filing a complaint, we were warmly greeted by a worker, who explained she could do nothing, but called someone who supposedly could. They promised to call back. 96 hours later, we have still not heard a word from them. I do not recommend booking through this agency.

Wanna know something? We never run out. We could print tickets for a black friday crowd and have enough for the weekend.
You charged her for what our family of 4 pack was for 2 wristbands! Shame on you. Get yourselves together before spreading lies and false hopes to tourist folk that help us survive during the winter. Have a nice day!
We were unable to pick up the tickets at the mentioned address but when we arrived from our vacation we contacted the company and received our money back.
