Rep very nice. Enjoyed the show! However, when customers book, describe in better detail or give map for tourists to aid in finding the venue. We got there just 2 minutes before start. Had to search internet for satellite pic to find.

Easy to deal with. Even when we thought we would have to cancel, but turns out we didn't. Looking forward to seeing the shows you have suggested. Not real happydwith the surcharges, but then again, I didn't have to go find them. Thank you so much.

I don't know where these 5 star ratings came from, they must be fake. Check other review sites. Wish I would have read other reviews. Charged me for a show add on that I never authorized. Only got a refund after I told them I'd just decline the credit card charges. Also had to pick up the tickets in person at a place that doesn't have the same name as this company (confusing). Then after I pick them up, these tickets are all of a sudden available online after I was told on the phone they could only be picked up. Liars, liars, liars!
If this is a real service, the experience is good so far. I have not received anything for my money yet.

Unable to print tickets or electronically load part of them due to poor connectivity. This resulted in me having to purchase tickets at the window.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We picked up our vouchers at the Welcome Center and Judy was most helpful. The kids enjoyed The Rainforest Exotic Zoo and Skyland Ranch.
