My family and I are getting evicted of pest control problem not caused by us, but the new apartment landlords said we caused the issue. But the thing is before they came here my husband and I were putting in complaints wen the old landlords of the apartment complex were here but they never did anything about it.so they relocated and a new sets of landlords came in we complained to them and they started the treatment but after the pest control treatment went clear they sent us a letter saying they suspended the lease because we were the cause of the problem.we are good tenants and pay our rent on time it's not fair that we are getting put out for this.name of the apartment complex is broadstone park west off greenhouse rd. 2219houston, tx

Do NOT subject yourself to this lying bunch of thieves! They will offer you an advertising subscription on a "Month to Month" trial as long as you cancel 2 days prior to your next billing cycle. Sounds okay, right? Then USHUD.com tells you they will give you a "FREE" 90 day "Platinum Plan Upgrade" with your own webpage. I was not happy with the quality of the leads & tried cancelling my subscription (with 3 written emails) one week in advance of my billing cycle; they still billed my credit card! I called USHUD Client Member Services, who said I had 3 MORE billing cycles before my payments would stop because they "GAVE ME" the "FREE" PLATINUM upgrade which de-activates the month to month billing and activates a 3 month contract! Sound confusing? It is. The salesmen are arrogant, will talk circles around you and try to convince you it's your own fault for getting duped! Total SCAM.

I signed up for a month to month plan. The next day a rep called me and offered an upgraded plan saying it was no extra cost as long as I would sign on for 90 Days. I assumed the 90 days started on that day. At the end of a total bust 60 day period I called to cancel thinking calling a month out would ensure my plan would cancel after day 90. Well I found out the 90 days started AFTER the 1st billing cycle. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Don't waste your money with these guys. All the bad reviews are true. They misrepresented everything. I was told the leads were scrubbed and prequalified. I wouldn't know because I have yet to get a live body from the leads. I have called them regarding the quality of leads and was told they would make some adjustments on my leads-still getting the sam bad leads.

If anyone you know mentions these guys make sure you warn them to!

I got their contact from an online home finder website and just amazed with their working on documentations and approval letters. USHUD provides me with the proper information to engage the buyer immediately and figure out what loan program works best for them. Even if they are just looking it's another lead I can pass along to real estate partners. Great lead source!, The success rate in reaching a live person is low but as is any business it is a numbers game. USHUD has met my expectations of what they said they would deliver.
