I was confused about just how to design my sign online. I am becoming so accustomed to the trend now of not being able to reach a live person when you need help. It is very frustrating and I usually will just abandon my purchase. But Signs.com was a wonderful surprise. I was able to reach an awesome support person immediately and he never hesitated to create it for me, rather than just give me some instructions and leaving it up to me to execute. Then, I had another surprise when my sign arrived so quickly. Yes, I did have to pay shipping because my purchase price was not high enough, but the level of service and timely arrival of my product was truly awesome! I will use Signs.com again and will always recommend them!
