Just don't. This is a clickbait operation that draws in the idly interested online that are seeking free/cheap rentals, agents looking for client properties and 'flippers' looking for free/cheap renovation opportunities.
You'll pay dearly for getting involved in this 'lead generation service' as it is nothing of the sort. The 'buyer' clicks on the website (which uses many different guises as HUDex, USHUD, allHUD etc etc etc) and are immediately required to input contact data to view any search data. That data is then transmitted to the 'lender/agent' for that region and is completely unvetted and often fake as wary surfers know what happens with online 'registrations'. The 'leads' are titled 'buyer contact request' but they are nothing of the sort and will not respond 99% of the time.
You'll be offered 'free' and 'no additional charge' services that are, in fact, chargable to your credit card after you accept the 'trial' period... often for several hundred dollars and hundreds of worthless 'leads' that you'll spend many hours emailing and calling with no response.
I've talked to several RE agents that are referenced in the leads and they all are disappointed in the veracity of the 'leads' and are not going to extend the service past the 'trial period. Caveat Emptor!
Not worth the headache. Was told that we would receive between 20-30 leads per month, but results did not come through. Requested a refund on a month where I received only a handful of leads(none converted/not interested), and they would not refund any money, just offered a free month of leads, which will most likely result in another handful of junk leads
As a Real Estate Broker I've had tons of calls from companies promising you leads and so much more! USHUD has been the very first in 4 years that has truly come through! Keep up the good work!
Great company Great service! Great leads! I was a bit sceptical at first but, after working with them, I have nothing but good things to say, I am converting about 1 out of every 5 to 7 leads.
My buddy introduced me to this site and I could not be more satisfied. I love the fact that you don't have to sign up or pay.
After spending a good amount on lead generation I have finally found one that works and does what it says, I really have enjoyed this service so far, only 1 month into it but I have paid for my fee with 4 real deals.
I have been with the company a few months and I first did not have a good experience. The lead quality wasn't great and I barely had any leads coming in. I truly did not want to continue. Then I got a call from Alyssa. She reassured me I would have a better experience if I let her take over my account. Ever since then I have had better leads and I have two deals on the table. If you sign up ask for Alyssa she honestly wants to help and she gets the job done.
I signed up for your service on March 31,2017. So far the leads haven't been coming in as much as I hoped but after speaking with Alyssa Shutt I felt more comfortable keeping the service and continuing with our agreement as she has gone above and beyond to meet my needs.

I am killing it with ushud.com and have been for 8 years. The secret is to follow up with the leads immediately and be yourself. I struggled at first but they coached me and gave me the training I needed to see success with the leads and I started seeing success shortly after.

I have been with ushud for about a year and have closed several transactions since joining. The site works great for new agents or for agents that just want more leads. You are not going to convert every lead but if you contact each person quickly you should be successful.
