When you sign up for 30 days they will keep billing you unless you email them 48 hours prior to the 30 days being up even if you only signed up for 1 month. The website they provide is horrible and customer searches dont show all available properties in the area. Dont waste your money with this company.
Very deceptive, cheap, ludicrous, mischievous, debased, dishonest and bandit like behavior.
In a nutshell they are a bunch of Petty thieves no more no less.
Good, user friendly platform but very unprofessional... i couldn't even talk to the customer service or the agent directly... They kept posting me. Thank God i have an alternative platform; btcprofituk dot com to invest in which is more lucrative, prompt and very save especially now that cryptocurrency like bitcoin is on the rise.
All leads you are getting is for people who are looking for houses that are not exist! They buyer they reffer to you are looking to buy houses cost 100k 200k in areas houses 600k and up.
Don't west your time and money. Don't sign anything and dont upgrade the deal since they will lock you for a few month>
Like a lot of these Facebook ad's based companies, USHUD is horrible. If you buy into their high-pressure sales you will be locked into a contract with high expectations and you will get low-quality leads.
User's recommendation: STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
I told these people I did not want to sign up for 90 days but I would try 30 days to see if the leads were any good. The next day someone promises me some platinum program for free. I get a deduction from my account yesterday for another 30 days. The leads were a joke! Not one good lead. When I called to cancel and demand a refund the guy emailed me back saying on the audio they collected on the call that I was locked into a contract. They must have edited all the times I said I was only going to try them for 30 days. Don't waste your money! I had way better leads from other sources. Scam Scam Scam!
They call you about leads that are verified and sweet talk you by lies to signing. Watch out, they talk about a free promotion and on top of the contract it says FREE in bold but it is not. It is actually a three-month extension of what you sign. Then they hit you with garbage leads. For example, people that want to buy an SFR in SF or 200K and 50 K and max 300 K. Mostly people that are not even qualified to buy their next meal call and want to buy a house. They are rude and they do not go away easily. They bombard you with spam and forcefully want you to pay for their garbage. Consumer satisfaction is a joke to them. Keep far away
This company is kind and professional upfront but when you try to cancel the services they're nowhere to be found. In fact, they offered to give me a lower priced plan. Their leads are terrible and most people are looking for a place to rent. Low credit scores and low income leads. Do not sign up!
FRAUDS. LIARS and SWINDLERS
They abused my new status and I clearly stated I do not agree to pay for anything but what I was promised for FREE in original conversations The manager was a LIAR rude and needs training this KID should be ashamed of This Business stating GOVERNMENT is sad to our government. YOU ARE THIEVES
I canceled on July 12, and they still continue to take money saying I signed a contract when ON MY RECORDED CALL I SAID I ONLY WANT WHATS WAS INCLUDED AND NO ADDITIONAL COST NO CONTRACT
I signed up for one month of leads. Of the 13 I received so far (the month is not over yet), 6 I would consider "Good" in that they are actually looking for an agent to help buy a home or rent to own. 6 are "Poor" in that these people are not even looking for an agent, at all. 3 of the poor already have an agent and the 3 explicitly said they don't want to talk to an agent. 1 I have not yet made contact with.
It gets a 4 star rating, though, because 50% "Good" leads far exceed any other lead service. Not only that, but I've reached 12 of 13 leads and I haven't counted the others out yet. You may need to call 7 or 8 times - sometimes I didn't reach someone until I had called, texted or emailed them at least 5 times. Some I didn't reach for 12,13 days.
I canceled the service because I want to pivot my strategy and $299/month is steep for 6 decent internet leads and would be better spent generating my own through other means. Still, very good service for anyone with a team because you can definitely reach these people. They were all real.
USHUD is a great source for leads. You have to be consistent with any lead source website and follow up and "touch" the leads multiple ways. Some of the leads come real time as they fill out the form so the quicker you call them the better. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to produce high volume!
DON'T EVER US USHUD. HORRIBLE LEADS, HOOD WINK YOU INTO THINKING YOU'RE PAYING FOR A 90 COMMITMENT BUT IT'S ACTUALLY 180 DAYS. THEY SAY NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU RIGHT AFTER YOU PAY FOR THE 90 DAYS AND MAKE YOU THINK IT'S INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID. LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THEY'RE ONLY IN THE BUSINESS TO RIP YOU OFF!
Most if not all of the leads were garbage. Also, beware of getting the call to sign up for the "platinum program". They say it's free but really rope you in for an additional 3 months on top of your initial contract. I had to fight to cancel the program and had many people listen to the call between myself and USHUD representative and no one heard them say an additional 3 months. We had to replay the call at least 3 times for anyone to hear actually say it. Slimy business. Wish I never signed up.
I have been working with us hud going on 3 years in 2 states with many different territories.
The company and their representatives were always responsive
And
The leads were right on. U need to follow up...but if u do...u will see great success!
As a professional in this industry for close to two decades. Hands down the best company in advertising and lead generation business I know of and the only one that I would recommend is USHUD. The mortgage business is not for everyone but from calling my share of leads I feel better calling USHUD leads. I know they have not been beaten up by a bunch of different loan officers all fighting over the same lead.
The leads you get from this company work within the company. When you call back the leads, either they don't know they were on the sight or they already have an agent they are working with. The membership assistant crew is very rude and robs you immediately of 90 days of payment. Don't waste your time or money with this rude, worthless company.
The leads are bad, old, not qualified, some are already working with agents, and I have yet to hear back from a live person... no response on the leads. When you agree to just 3 months, they scam you into saying that you agreed for 6 months when you clearly did not. They are dishonest and lie to you. Who knows... they may not ever stop charging you. They don't deserve the 1 star rating. They are complete frauds... unprofessional... dishonest. Don't waste your money.
I saw an ad and filled out an application for more info. I received a call from a sales person that offered a web site and leads for specific area of my choice I decided it was too costly so they offer me a 3 month plan and set up for $857.00 which I agree to but I had to wait 3 to 5 days for the site to be created (I had my own website and asked if my info from my site could also be added to the web page I was told yes) When I received info that the site was ready and I reviewed it I realize it was a webpage with my contact info. I called and requested that I would only take one month instead because it was not what I thought it was... I was then told that there is no refund and I did agree to it... and was given another number to call. When I did call and reach someone they told me the same thing... I told him this was stated in the original call... and that should have been address by the sales person (whom I found out was from a different company they were the one that builds the web page and then send the info to ushud corporate- The lady that called to verify the agreement mention nothing about refund if I changed my mind. All she said was. Do you agree to this) Be ware of this company the agreement states nothing about if refunds and it is very vague... also you do not get this agreement until you agree over the phone to the cost. They will then use the voice confirmation over the phone to stating you agree to it.
Answer: The leads are all worthless. They work for the company and are made up information.
Answer: Unfortunately they are a legit company-their product and salesmen are totally a scam! Full of lies and a worthless product.
Answer: It wasn't a problem before they have you sign the contract but once you decide to not take the abuse anymore they become hostile and threaten and bully you.
